Politics › Re: Which Islamic Doctrine Do The Fulani Use To Claim Leaders Of Nigerian Muslims? by TRUSTEDPAY: 8:20pm On Mar 15, 2017 |
ImadeUReadThis: The Amir is a first and foremost a religious title in Islam and roughly translates to "leader of Muslims".
Why is it that only Fulanis are ever appointed Amirs?
I understand that the Fulani laid down the foundation for the emirate system in Nigeria but does that mean only they (Fulanis) can aspire to the position of Amir?
Are Fulanis ordained by your Allah to rule Muslims in Nigeria?
If so can someone point out one single Islamic literature that gives the Fulani the audacity to claim sole leadership of the Nigerian Ummah? MY BRODA WHEN SLAVERY AND COWARDICE IS EMBEDDED IN THE DNA OF A PEOPLE WHAT DO U EXPECT THEY ARE STILL SUFFERING FROM THE LOSS OF ILORIN FROM THAT ICONIC BETRAYAL AFONJA[WHICH IS THE HALLMARK OF YORUBA RACE] PLEASE LET THEM BE TO AVOID REGURGITATING HISTORY TOO SOON....... |
Politics › Re: No Yoruba Man Want Osinbajo To Succeed Buhari –group by TRUSTEDPAY: 1:39pm On Mar 15, 2017 |
themomentng: The President General of Yoruba Community Council in Northern Nigeria, Alhaji Abdulganiyu I. Oguntoyimbo, has said no Yoruba man is praying that Yemi Osinbajo succeed Muhammadu Buhari as President. Speaking during a prayer session for Buhari who just returned from medical vacation from London in Abuja, Oguntoyimbo said nobody from the South West was interested in dragging leadership role with Buhari. According to Oguntoyimbo, “There is no Yoruba man that is praying for Vice President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo to succeed Buhari. The relationship between the two of them is very cordial. “As a matter of fact, Yoruba’s relationship with Buhari administration is cordial. We support him totally and if we support anybody we don’t go back. “We are with Buhari yesterday, today, tomorrow and always. We believe that what he is doing is not just for today but for tomorrow.” It would be recalled that before embarking on his medical vacation in London, Buhari transferred powers to Osinbajo. Osinbajo had received a lot of commendations from Nigerians for his performance while the President was away. Recall that before traveling to the United Kingdom on medical vacation, President Buhari transmitted power to Osinbajo to act as the acting president of Nigeria. During the period, Osinbajo handled the affair of the country by improving on the economy. AFONJA!!! CONTINUE WITH YOUR DECEIT |
Politics › Re: Which Seaport Is Best To Serve The South South & South East? by TRUSTEDPAY: 6:40am On Mar 14, 2017 |
CzarChris: I have to say I am impressed with your level of knowledge of sedimentation, it shows you are a good "theoretical" geologist. 1st of all, you mentioned that we have a high water level in the south east, so that is one of the reasons for the gully erosion ravaging our cities. The Anambra basin is does not have a high water level, compared to the south south and coastal areas of Nigeria. If it was as a result of the aquifer being close to land then what will you say about Lagos, Ondo, Delta, Rivers that are not passing through this gully erosion issue.
2. The soil in the south east is mainly lateritic in nature and has the tendency to flow because of the low cohesive nature of those soils and the high percentage of clay content in the soils in that area.
3. The major causes of erosion in some the areas I studied and made publications about are i) massive development of rural area without proper planning for drainage(years of government neglecting the south east caused this so we do our own developments ourselves much to the disbelief of people like you and there is only so much an individual can do). ii) Our soil type has a large percentage of clay in it so it flows when rain water reaches its liquid limit.( Go and study atterberg limits and shear strength of soils for better understanding).
4. So how those this affect a proposed port in Onticha? When even if what you are saying is true, simple shoreline protection can be done to prevent what you said above(by the way, the still conduct EIA before such a project is undertaken).
5. If we have an island port in Anambra, Imo and Abịa, is anything wrong with that? Considering that Onitcha has the largest market in West Africa, so them having an inland port is not out of the ordinary.
6. I am from Imo State, true we have issues with the Anambra people, but even twin brothers fight and settle amicably. Then who the flying f**K are you to interfere, is it your fight?
7. Good to know that the Yoruba don't want Igbo 'refugees". Then stop systematically killing the seaports in other states, let them grow and compete favourably and believe me we will leave your God forsaken land in a hurry.
Yeye dey smell, Proudly 5% BRAVO & KUDOS YOU HAVE DECIMATED THE SWIN.E CUM AFONJA!!! |

Opharhe: What Onitsha have is a River Port not Sea Port. Even Sapele in Delta state which is at the banks of the River Ethiope and closer to the Sea is still a river port though needs attention. The closest part of the South East to the Sea is around the River Imo(I think somewhere in Abia state) which is directly connected to Bonny on mouth of the River at the Sea and Even then, it'll still be a river port.
Environmentally, dredging the River Niger further at Onitsha might also be dangerous for farming and fishing communities up and down stream hence needs serious carefulness.
What we should look at is developing our River ports in the South East and the establishment of a large, operational Sea Port at Akwa-Ibom which will improve commercial activities in the South South/East. U seem well knowledgable how about the blue river in abia state I heard it is close to atlantic ocean Can there be anyway forward from there |
