Still can't phantom why most of you guys can't talk without being on the path of tribalism and hatred. With or without some of those skirmishes of security challenges, the South-Easterners are natural travellers and adventurers even before the advent of colonialism in Nigeria. Just make reference to history (depending on your level of education). Every region in Nigeria has one security challenge or the other. The South-East is relatively peaceful when compared with what's going on in other regions. If you think your region is self-sufficient, why do we have the largest number of poor people in Yoruba-land in the entire Southern Nigeria? Poverty of ideas is the answer

Then ask yourself this question, how many Yorubas are in other regions especially the Eastern region?

Please I need some advice.
We live in PH, and have 4 kids. The oldest is 10 while the youngest is 6. I give my wife 700k every month, and this includes general upkeep and maintenace and fuelling of our car (Lexus 330). I don't drive the car (I dey leg, while she uses it to run around, which includes school runs and her business).

I no dey chuk eye for her business. Bu I am getting frustrated as she still makes me believe that the money is not enough. I pay electricity bill (band A) and house rent (3m pa) yet every now and then she puts bills on my head. It is driving me crazy.

When I tell her to list out her expenses so I plan with her, she picks offence. I am really tired of the whole thing and don't know how else to approach the issue without causing too much problem. I know some men whose salaries are 250k-300k in PH, yet they are surviving.

I guess this woman is spending in accordance with your earnings...

Men stop letting women know your total earning package if you want to live long on earth and have a healthy marriage.

Well, he made valid points. A country that prides itself with PhD holders and professors in several fields and none of those professors have managed to solve just one problem that we face out of multiple.

All most Nigerian professors and PhD holders know how to do is tell students; you cannot have A in my course.

This is because in advanced economies, govt leverage on the writings of those Ph.D. and Professorship holders in the formation of most of their policies. But down here in our country, govt does not pay attention to those areas.

All they care about is how much they can steal before leaving office.
