Hmmmm been a while I posted here.... Something interesting seem to be happening in the contraption..... Atiku has been trending lately, his name is the new talking point in town.... Fuel subsidy debate is back on the table and many Nigerians are triggered. While some are already jumping ship from the Obidients camp to the Atikulators camp, others remain skeptical over Atiku's antecedents. I've always maintained that you can not fix a building's foundational problem from the roof neither can a terrible dubious leader like Tinubu give what he doesn't have. A leader whose emergence as president came as a result of electoral fraud, can not fold his arms and himself to be humiliated through a free and fair election.

It is pathetic that many Nigerians have continue to deceive themselves over the 2027 presidential election, that somehow they can remove Tinubu through an election he controls, to allow for a benevolent leader like Obi or Atiku to restore humane policies like fuel subsidy that will benefit them. Many have continue to put the cart before the horse by believing that under a fraudulent alien constitution like the 1999 militaristic constitution that somehow, true national justice, unity and prosperity can be attained. A constitution bundled together by desperate political vultures without any direct input from the people is an injustice in itself that can safeguards the selfish interests of a few against the majority.

Nigerians still have a choice before them to either continue with the false hope, playing their political game next year by participating in another scripted election or take back their future by taking national stand to demand for the total dissolution of the 1999 constitution and a national reset through a referendum. Abubakar Atiku's latest desperate political move with his fuel subsidy oranges, Peter Obi's continued social media one Nigeria advocacy or any of the other candidates sweet political talking points amount to nothing if none are pushing for the dissolution of the 1999 constitution and a referendum that will usher in total regional political/economic autonomy.

Nnamdi Kanu remains the most consistent voice of truth that sadly not many listened to and have refused to accept his message even after his unjust imprisonment over this hopeless futile exercise of continuing to support the dangerous cosmetic union that only guarantees the continued subjugation and oppression of the masses. Unless Tinubu is disqualified, APC won't lose the 2027 presidential election but will win massively. Tinubu will be left to continue his draconian IMF/World Bank backed anti-people policies, Atiku Abubakar will after his fuel subsidy campaign enter his private jet back to Dubai to enjoy his loot while Peter Obi will withdraw after losing in court to enjoy his multi-million investments. The ultimate losers of keeping this contraption called Nigeria going beyond 2027 will be the masses. Let no one be deceived, dissolving the 1999 constitution and a nationwide regional referendum remains the only way out that will benefit everyone.....

As long as Nigerians fail to address the root problem, terrible divisive leaders like Tinubu will continue to amass political power..... IMHO, Nigeria has no future unless the 1999 fraudulent constitution is dissolved....

I've read several posts over the recent freezing of Osun state government's accounts by Tinubu's anti-craft agencies, some arguing in support while others argue against the actions of the government.... Many Nigerians tend to play the ostrich over the lawlessness, corruption and impunity that have continued unabated by Tinubu and his men in government. Let no one be deceived because what is happening in Osun state is not new or different from what happened to Governor Fubara in Rivers state. It is simply a case of cut the supply to defeat the opposition.... It is glaring that by this time next month, Osun state will be an APC state with an APC governor sworn in to begin massive preparations for Tinubu's 2027 presidential election victory. No one should be surprised if Governor Adeleke is put under house arrest few days before the governorship election because Nigeria has no independent government agency or neutral democratic institution left.....

I've appealed, warned and appealed again to Nigerians using mediums such as Nairaland to forget about 2027 election, nothing will change because Tinubu will be sworn to continue the subjugation and oppression of the people.... Nigeria is irredeemable under the 1999 fraudulent constitution.... Southerners especially the yorubas through their political base have continued to play the judas in sabotaging efforts made by other well meaning southern indigenous people like the igbos in demanding for justice over the fraudulent cosmetic union, they supported the unjust imprisonment of Nnamdi Kanu, the most consistent voice of truth and reason who kept warning everyone about the inevitable destruction that will befall them under the dangerous arrangement called Nigeria. Today, everyone is witnessing as all he said years ago have happened and is getting worse...... Now is the time for everyone to put themselves forward to be counted before the unsustainable retrogressive union destroys them.... Nigerians especially southerners must look at the bigger picture beyond rigged divisive national elections like the upcoming 2027 election and ask themselves, is this the kind of hopeless future they would want future generations to endure? If the answer is no then the way out now will be a mass movement to dissolve the 1999 constitution.... The way out is a referendum that will allow for a total indigenous regional autonomy or outright dissolution of the contraption for justice to prevail. I came across a disingenuous thread titled "Nnamdi Kanu Sacks His Lawyer, Ifeanyi Ejiofor, From Prison" featured in the home page. I guess the OP intentionally shared that post as part of the usual character assassination campaign to portray Nnamdi Kanu as a dictator, a crazy person, power hungry and other ridiculous names many malicious commentators label Nnamdi Kanu in this platform. As expected the usual malicious actors bounced on the thread to do what they know how to do best....

For the neutrals who may not know, Ifeanyi Ejiofor was part of the legal team that was assembled to defend Kanu in 2022 court of appeal judgment that acquitted Nnamdi Kanu. He was sacked along side Mike Ozekhome after the case. Since then, Kanu's relationship with Ejiofor deteriorated over attacks on his person. Ifeanyi Ejiofor is appears to be a malicious character who for some time now has been on media blackmailing campaign against Nnamdi Kanu and his family.....

Below is an excerpt of detailed breakdown why Nnamdi Kanu sacked Ifeanyi Ejiofor as published by Daily Post on June 23, 2026....

A member of Nnamdi Kanu’s defense team, Barrister Christopher Chidera, has shed light on reasons behind Nnamdi Kanu’s decision to sack Ifeanyi Ejiofor as his counsel during his terrorism trial.

It will be recalled that Ejiofor was Kanu’s counsel in his trial before the Abuja Federal High Court until the IPOB leader decided to defend himself in the court presided by Justice James Omotosho.

Chidera, who is also a public affairs analyst, explained the reasons behind Kanu’s action in a statement on Tuesday.

He said, “As a legal practitioner and public affairs analyst committed to constitutional supremacy, fair hearing, and respect for court orders, I write on the circumstances surrounding the disengagement of Ifeanyi Ejiofor from Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s legal team. With the appeal now before the Court of Appeal following conviction, the public should not be misled by distortions that conceal critical professional failures.”

Highlighting what he described as grave errors that prolonged Kanu’s illegal detention, Chidera said, “Mike Ozekhome served as lead counsel, with Ifeanyi Ejiofor as a key member of the team and personal attorney to Kanu. On 13 October 2022, the Court of Appeal delivered a discharge that finally terminated the criminal proceedings and possessed the legal incidentsof an acquittal. It is a fundamental principle of Nigerian law that a civil stay of execution cannot override such a discharge.

"Despite this, the Federal Government, through Attorney-General Abubakar Malami, filed an irregular civil stay application. This application was entertained by the same court after it had become functus officio, having fully determined and exhausted its jurisdiction over the criminal appeal.

“The Federal Government’s refusal to obey the Court of Appeal’s discharge order amounted to contempt. The outcome was an unprecedented 14-month detention without fresh charge – a situation unheard of in Nigeria’s legal history.

"The legal team failed to file a Preliminary Objection challenging the jurisdiction of the court to entertain the illegal civil stay. This failure removed a potent procedural barrier. Had the jurisdictional foundation been properly contested, the court would have been compelled to determine whether it could lawfully grant relief to a party in contempt of an extant discharge order using an unknown civil process. Instead, the unchallenged stay was allowed to stand, paving the way for further proceedings.

"Kanu then became the subject of one of the most extraordinary episodes in Nigerian judicial history: a conviction entered by a lower court on counts previously quashed and discharged by a superior appellate court. This legal anomaly was made possible by the team’s failure to file the Preliminary Objection against Malami’s illegal stay before the functus officio court. That omission proved fatal.”

Chidera further pointed to what he described as character assassination allegedly launched against Kanu’s family members.

The statement said, “Kanu’s brothers, who have stood loyally and sacrificially by him, demanded accountability for these lapses. They called for the resignation of those responsible. Rather than accept responsibility, Ifeanyi Ejiofor responded with a vicious campaign of spurious and malicious allegations against the brothers. His aim was clear: to isolate Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and damage the family that has remained steadfast in his defence.

“Ejiofor poisoned relationships by feeding falsehoods to Kanu’s wife, Uchechi Kanu, and members of the dissolved Kuje-appointed 3rd Administration. Social media overflowed with wild claims and character assassination, while the central reason for his sacking – the team’s failure to mount a proper jurisdictional challenge to the illegal stay – was deliberately concealed.

“To this day, Ejiofor continues to issue public attacks on his former client without the basic decency to disclose these fundamental shortcomings. This behaviour is morally reprehensible and falls far short of the ethical standards required of legal practitioners.”

Demanding truth and accountability, Chidera added, “The appeal currently before the Court of Appeal raises serious questions of jurisdictional nullity, fair hearing, and obedience to appellate orders. At this critical stage, the public must see beyond personal vendettas. The failure to challenge the illegal civil stay at its roots enabled a chain of events that should never have occurred.

“Ifeanyi Ejiofor owes the Kanu family, the legal profession, and the Nigerian public a candid explanation. Smearing the brothers cannot erase the record. Families have every right to demand competence and accountability from counsel entrusted with such high-stakes matters. Resorting to lies and character assassination when that demand is made is unacceptable and unethical.

"The rule of law requires transparency. The Court of Appeal must now address the foundational irregularities in this matter. Nigeria’s justice system deserves better than the distraction of personal bitterness from those whose own lapses contributed to this prolonged injustice."

I watched part of the much talked about Channels interview Peter Obi did with Seun Okinbaloye.... 20 minutes in, I felt pity and kinda of ashamed for Peter Obi as he kept begging both the interviewer and northern fulani viewers to trust him to protect their interest of safeguarding the fake unity of "One Nigeria" if they make him President..... Peter Obi was so passionate over his love for the contraption that he was almost crying at some point into the interview to be accepted.... Once again, I am forced to ask, if Peter Obi is not vying for the office of the president to free the igbos from Nigeria through a referendum or restructuring, why should any reasonable person especially the igbos support him? Only a referendum will. This is what we have been telling them for long. You must amend your constitution and include referendum. For those still hoping that Peter Obi will some how win even when they know Tinubu has INEC in his armpit.... I do not feel sorry for them because they chose to wallow in self-denial over their reality. Even if Peter Obi is the best choice when compared to other popular candidates, Peter Obi if he somehow wins and genuinely has good intentions, won't make any sustainable positive difference but instead his igbo presidency will only exacerbate the situation as Nigeria's main problem is Nigerians as a people.....

If anyone is still in doubt that Nigeria has no bright future, you need not look far but at the highly tribalised, polarized and divisive rhetoric pushed by Nigerians against themselves in their quest to ensure another pretender who has nothing to offer them is installed as the president in 2027..... If Nigeria was a real country with a united progressive people then next year's presidential election would've made a positive difference in people's lives, sadly Nigeria is not a real country, it is a divisive weapon carefully crafted, fashioned against the people to ensure that through their own hands, they never benefit nationally from good governance. This is why same political criminals deceiving them will always win, just like previous elections, they will once again dance on Nigerians heads in jubilation over another electoral victory made possible by a sophisticated vote buying system and rigged electoral process.

Since 1999, it should be clear by now to any sensible right thinking person that no election can fix a problem when the people participating in the election is the problem. In an atmosphere of disunity fuelled by distrust, tribalism, sentiments, marginalization and systemic injustices, national elections does no good as it only reinforces these divisive vices to the benefit of evil politicians looting the national purse. If bad national leaders can't be removed through electoral processes partly due to sectional sentiments of the people, why then do Nigerians want to participate in another national election, knowing fully well that as a people, they can't agree to speak with one voice, knowing fully well that they are too sectional to genuinely support the best candidate to win. Why continue to do the same thing when all cards are stacked in favor of your oppressors? Is it not safe to say that Nigerians are foolish people? Because only a foolish person does the same thing over and over but expects a different result..... Is there anyone reading this post who is Nigerian that doesn't know there is no unity? Why continue to suffer and pretend to your own detriment over an unworkable union?

Tinubu will win 2027 presidential election, not because he deserved it but simply because majority of Nigerians don't want to tell themselves the bitter truth about who are they are as a people. When a union is based on pretence, deceit and lies, all parties suffer, Nigerians must accept the brutal truth that "We are not one people, we are a deeply tribal people, we do not want the same thing or share the same values" in order to break the cycle of national pain, injustice and retrogression. If a majority can open their minds and hearts to see how hopeless and destructive it is in supporting a forced union that does nothing but harm them as a people then I am certain that Nigerians won't be talking about 2027 election, they will be pushing for a national sovereign conference instead towards gaining their freedom from the continued injustice done to them over "One Nigeria".

Problems are not resolved in silence or wishful thinking but by deliberate concerted action, if majority still prefer the 2027 deceitful election over their freedom, then Nigerians should be ready to continue to suffer the dire consequences that will come from participating in another hopeless electoral process to renew the political powers of their oppressors. You can only prove that you know what you want when you are ready to fight for it. Many Nigerians especially southerners (non-Muslim) appear to be too naive to truly understand the dangerous path they are taking under "One Nigeria', they are too comfortable, nonchalant towards the fact that sharia law, a barbaric justice system exists and is spreading, fully instituted now in over 10 states in Nigeria.... Under sharia law, a man can be brutally killed or severely punished just for holding a woman's hand, drinking beer or burning "holy" book. He can lose his head, his arm and legs for stealing a pen, even when he may be innocent. Sharia law is gradually spreading to the southern part of the country specifically the south west region while the rest of the country do nothing. As fulani Muslim communities grow within the region, so are mosques constructed in several yoruba towns and villages within South west state. This gradual spread, overtime will lead to a regionwide massive call for the institution of sharia law, once the fulani dominated Muslim population is ripe in the region.

Sharia law is retrogressive, dehumanizing and undemocratic, it is a tool of Islamic conquest and subjugation due to it's extreme dictates which adherents are not allowed to question or challenge.... Sharia law encourages Islamic extremism which in turn fuels radicalization of adherents especially the uneducated. Nigeria as a nation would've been saved if Obasanjo's administration back in the year 2000 took a decisive action to crush sharia but since it was allowed to take root, it is now too late to salvage "One Nigeria". If you are a non-Muslim living in any of the Southern states, you will be foolish to think that sharia won't eventually spread to your state because as long as there are several fulani dominated Muslim communities within your state made possible by "One Nigeria", it is only a matter of time, the same playbook that allowed Sharia to root in 12 northern states, gradually creeping into south west states will be deployed in your south south or south east states as these communities grow and mosques are erected.

IMHO, the Islamization of Nigeria started fully when Obasanjo failed to stop the implementation of sharia law. If you are reading this and you are a southern non-muslim, just know that you're setting yourself up to be consumed by Sharia, ask non-Muslims especially business owners living in any of the sharia imposed northern states what they go through daily in the hands of sharia enforcement agencies like Hisbah police, how they live in fear not to be found violating any of the laws even when they are not Muslims. If you don't want sharia to spread to your state, towns and villages then your only alternative to ensure it doesn't, is a referendum towards a national reset or dissolution to negotiate a better future without sharia. As long as you are under "One Nigeria", bound by a fraudulent alien 1999 constitution that you played no part in its creation, with a compromised hopeless government you know will never address the judicial anomalies of accommodating sharia law, northern Nigeria especially the fulani political oligarchs, core northern Muslims and Islamic extremists will continue to be emboldened, they will not relent in their quest to ensure sharia spreads all over Nigeria as their population continues to grow within each southern state. An Upper Shari’a Area Court sitting in Bauchi has upheld the judgement of a lower court that ordered the amputation of the arm of one Abdullahi Sale for theft.

A lower Shari’a Court in the area had earlier convicted Sale, a resident of Kogi village in Bauchi Local Government Area, on the charges of theft levelled against him.

The Police Prosecutor, Corporal Idris Malum, had told the court that the convict broke into the shops of one DanladiYa’u of Zungur, Kogi and Yusuf Babba of Bula-Lusa and carted away property worth about N13,000.

The prosecutor said the offence contravened section 151 of Shari’a Penal Code.

The convict had pleaded guilty, but sought for leniency from the court, but the Police Prosecutor asked the court not to grant the prayers in order to serve as deterrent to others.
