Crime / Rivers State Government Should Stop Criminals At Oil Mill Market by TruthinAction: 10:47am On Jun 12 |
It really quite unfortunate that we leave in a country where the common man is easily venerable to criminals and no one comes to their aid. The oil mill market is a popular market in Port Harcourt where traders come from different communities and sell their products. Most of traders also come from Aba. But there are criminals that parade themselves as task force extorting money from traders. And they come in different sets collecting as much as N1,000 levy from each trader. Before the end of the day, you can have dozens of them doing the same thing. If you don't pay, they will carry your goods away. Please, Rivers State government should do something about this. If the traders are paying levy, it should only be to authorised task force. At the end of the day, most of the traders go home empty. It's like the saying, 'Monkey day work, Bamboo dey chop' There are too many evils going on in this country as though we have no government. 1 Like |

Politics / Re: Nigerians Are Killing Nigerians by TruthinAction: 9:40pm On May 25 |
fkelly: I understand but in most cases, we overdo it. Everyone just wants to have maximum profit as much as possible. Let me tell you that there are still very few people who are reasonable but they are relatively few. For instance, we all know the cost of printing even when A4 paper was still sold for N500 per ream. Now its between N5000 and N7,000. Do you know I just discovered a business centre that still prints a page for N20. Though, it's cited close to a university. But so many won't do that. They will tell you printe cost is high, toner cost also and paper cost. Above all, store rent. But because of the relatively low price, the patronage is high and people most of the time queue to print or photocopy documents. The owner is still charging what was charged over 20 years ago and still making huge profit because of turn over. About 7 printers are engaged at the same time. And cartons are printed daily. So, let's stop using cost of this and cost of that and put more reasonable prices on our items. |
Politics / Nigerians Are Killing Nigerians by TruthinAction: 7:24am On May 25 |
This is the worse time in the history of this country. And when you think this is the worse we have seen, it keeps getting even more worse. How can a measure of custard rubber of Garri in Rivers State that sold for N1,200 six months ago now sells for N3,800. There was no known disaster that affected harvest. Our land is fertile and we have enough food in this country. I used garri as an example because it's the most basic food for the common man especially in South. In fact, when you drink garri years back, you are seen as a poor man. But it's no longer so. Yes, I know prices of food items is affected by transportation and transportation costs is depended on fuel prices. But we should have a little conscience and fix better prices for our farm produce. Now, if you earn N200,000 in Nigeria with at least 4 children, you are a poor man not to talk of those whose salaries are less than N30,000. Is this government cursed? Are they even aware of the hardship? But let's leave government and help ourselves. Farmers should come together and bring down prices of food items. We should help ourselves instead of killing one another. |
Webmasters / Re: Why Is My Location Reading Abuja When I Am In South West? by TruthinAction: 7:10am On May 25 |
InkVerseHub: I have done all that. The two step authentication was my worse experience. It was a miracle the way I came out of it. I am suppose to receive an OTP in the two steps authentication to log into my account. The message will read, OTP sent but I don't receive it. And I was unable to login. Even the option of calls didn't work especially for my payoneer account. I just had to find way to change the settings to take it away so I could log into my account. I was only able to add Google authentication to my amazon. Payoneer allowed me to use secret questions but on many occasions, the secret questions I didn't set was what showed up. And unless I enter the answer, I couldn't log in. On a few occasions, I had to reset my phone and start afresh. It's a deliberate act of attack on me sponsored by people I know but don't have any evidence against them. They are multi millionaire who put these guys on salary just to stay on me. Paying them 500k monthly is a small money for them. They have sent assasins to me for the past 8 years but I have been supernaturally protected. So, the goal is, kill him or frustrate him. This is all because of dreams I about 24 years ago. And my lifting up will bring the principal player down because it will expose him. |

ProjectsCityNG: My accounts have been hacked into on several occasions. My Google account, amazon account, payoneer account and my emails. I thought getting a new phone would stop it. But I saw an email account in my names logged into my account. It's far deeper than what I am saying. |
Webmasters / Why Is My Location Reading Abuja When I Am In South West? by TruthinAction: 8:06pm On May 19 |
I have been experiencing Internet hackers hacking into my account for about 13 years now. It seems they have access to all my chats and calls. On many occasions, I have seen different phones lodged into my Google account. And the result is that every transaction that will put money in my pocket is blocked. I was advised to get a more secured phone. IPhone or Samsung phone was recommended. Because of my little budget, I went for Samsung galaxy A05. But just now, I still saw other phones and even laptops logged into my Google account. And my location is reading Abuja when I am not in Abuja. Can someone please help me how to get out of the nets of these wicked people. And what can I do to have my locations read exactly where I am. |

dopedan: It's not free in Port Harcourt. You will have to pay as high as about N50,000 as a new intake. But no school fees afterwards. The money is meant for school uniform, games wear and other charges. Though the government said it's free but when you go to the school, they tell you to pay this initial amount. |

Education / Please, Who Can Support 3 Intelligent Kids Out Of School For 5yrs? by TruthinAction: 3:43pm On May 15 |
I do know that a large percentage of families in Nigeria are going through difficult times. I am also aware that it's not quote easy getting help especially when you are not known by the person you are requesting help from. But I also know that there are kind-hearted people on this forum who value the education of kids. This is not a scamming post and I am not asking anyone to send money to me. If you are interested in helping, please let me know. We will get a school for them and you talk directly with the principal of the school and make your contribution. If they had unhindered education, two of the kids should have been through with secondary school. So what we are looking at is putting the 3 Kids in JSS 2, JSS 3 and SS 2. Please, no insult. These children could be you. |

Why are we surprised at the result. In football, no country is a push over. Have we forgotten so soon how Saudi Arabia defeated Argentina in the group match? The truth is that we haven't learnt our lessons through the years. A well organized team can beat a Star studded team that is not well blended. The Nigeria team has many issues. 1. Some players have permanent shirts whether they are in form or not. 2. Some players have been on the team for too long. They are tired legs that should have retired for long. 3. New players that are doing well are not invited because the old ones refuse to leave. 4. NFF interfers with player selection. 5. We don't have a world class coach. 6. Inadequate training. You can't just invite players few days to a match and expect magic to happen. 7. Above all, NFF leaders are mediocres. 2 Likes 1 Share |
Politics / Re: Nigeria To Import 2.1 Million Metric Tons Of Rice, Become Top Buyer Globally by TruthinAction: 10:22pm On Nov 16, 2023 |
victooman: I never supported Buhari for stopping rice importation. I also don't support this government for importing rice. Both Buhari and Tinubu have failed. What the present government should have done is to consult experts on how we can increase rice production through mechanized farming such that the final cost will reduce. Our leaders are simply mentally lazy. They just love the easy way out. Malaysia government came to Nigeria to take our Palm kernel fruit. Right now, they are one of the greatest exporter of palm oil. We import Keke aka tricycle in millions and make India very rich. Can't we produce them? I can list hundreds of items we import that we should be able to produce. I hope you get my point. 1 Like |

The false prophet is the Christ or Messiah the Jews are still waiting for. He will be accepted as the long awaited Messiah. But their eyes will be opened after three and a half years when he sets up the image of the beast in the Temple of God. advocatejare 2 Likes |
