Polithiefians ruling Nigeria since independence. |
MyExpression:Just my thought. But we need a world class coach and investment to get there. It is very possible. |
I can't believe what I just read. The statement is a reflection of moral degradation in the society. He should be sent out of the house. And the organizers should please put rules and regulations to prevent a reoccurrence. |
But you haven't done anything good yet. The only thing done is making life bitter for most Nigerians. |
Air strikes on oil thieves? I don't get it. What about the 4 billion naira monthly contract given to Tompolo. Is he not supposed to be used to fish out oil thieves? Meanwhile, the real oil thieves are those loading vessels in high sea that are not authorized. They know them. All the head of security in Nigeria know them. They are just pretending to be fighting Pipeline vandalization and let the real oil thieves continue to steal our oil. |
These students are living in good days. In our days, who dash you scholarship of the amount. The shell oil scholarship I got in 1986 was 1,300 per year. It helped though cause you could feed with N100 in a month. Hostel accommodation was N90 per year. It was off course a federal university. |
Justice delayed is justice denied. Maybe we also need military intervention if the judiciary fails us. |
The highest ECOWAS should do is sanction on Niger. War is not a good option because the president is in their custody. He will be killed. Tinubu should please try and fix Nigeria before he will hand over to the real winner of the election. Your house can't be on fire and you want to quench the smoke in another person's house. |
TruthinAction:I think politics has entered this best result thing. They don't want her to be the best in WAEC. It should be investigated. |
B2 in Physics that she got 97% in JAMB? There is an error somewhere. This is what happened to me in my 400 level in Engineering. I had B in Mathematics. I knew there was something wrong because I couldn't have had less than even 80% in Mathematics. I later found out that my score of 91% was recorded as 61%. I can give details how I found out. I repeat, the B2 in Physics must be in error. I wish she could protest it and ask for her script to be remarked. |
A bag of rice contains at most 230 cups. So even if each family gets a cup of rice, 3,000 bags will reach 690,000 families. If they get a custard rubber each, it will reach 36,000 homes. What is that compared to millions of poor Nigerians in each state? This government is a joke. The fact is that over 70% of the rice will be shared by the same people who are supposed to distribute them. Lord, please have mercy on us and end this wicked government. |
Throwback:Verify what? I saw the purported later. It was not signed. Official letter of that magnitude should have been stamped and signed. |
Enthrone democracy that has been dethroned in Nigeria? What an irony. |
Gang of criminals. |
I made a post months back that some students in the north are given admission without meeting up with the basic qualifications. Some people didn't believe me. |
I really don't understand why people are so wicked these days. I don't know who to trust anymore. |
Gang of criminals. I don't blame them. I blame the British who introduced democracy to us. |
Under the Old Testament laws, cousins where permitted to marry. Do your research and confirm it. |
FSBoperator:Why not if the majority of Nigerians voted for him? |
Ikaeniyan0:Must it be done in 2 months. Let's start from somewhere and improve on it. Many years back when China launched their mobile phones, people where ashamed to display it in public. But now, the story has changed. We either have wicked leaders or visionless leaders. |
Extremekofoshi:It's your opinion. With good leadership, our refineries can be fixed and run smoothly. It boils down to leadership. Why is the liquidfied natural gas sector running smoothly? Our refineries where destroyed deliberately to transfer economic power to the north. Please, use your brain and stop supporting bad government. |
I am so shocked that a large percentage of Nigerians don't know how to make the right demand. What is this nonesense about sharing money as palliatives that will not take the poor out of poverty. Besides, there are countless millions the money will not get to. So, if we have good revenue that far exceeds previous month's revenue, FG should use the money to fix our refineries. When our refineries are fixed, the pump price of petrol should drop which will in turn bring down the inflation rate. Other good alternatives are; 1. Build gas stations all over Nigeria and begin to convert petrol engine cars to be able to use gas to run. You spend far less when you run your cars on gas. For instance, if you spend 5,000 naira on petrol daily, gas will cost you just about 1,500 naira. 2. Invest the money on security. Set up CCTV camera on several places and on our highways. 3. Empower local vigilante to be able to curb the security challenges we are faced with. 4. Buy buses for transportation to run within towns and cities at low cost. 5. Build thousands of low cost housing so people will spend far less on rents. 6. Build more markets so that people can rent shops at low cost to trade. 7. Invest in agriculture. Build irrigation facilities so that farmers can farm for the 12 months of the year. Get involved in mechanized farming. Let the groundnut pyramid of the early 70s return back again. 8. Massive industrialization. Why can't we set up new industries to start producing many things that we import. For instance, can't we produce try circle aka Keke. It's annoying to hear that the price of that toy is getting close to 2 million naira. Why are our leaders so wicked. There are many other things we can start producing. Naira value is dropping daily because we are a consuming nation. I can actually write a whole book on this. Let's stop the scam of sharing money as palliatives and fix this country. |
I am shocked at the various comments I am reading on this thread. First, if they share it, there is no guarantee it will get to you. Second, how much will they give to you that will solve your problem. At the end of the day, you will still remain poor. They should use the money to fix our refineries. When fuel is refined locally, the price should drop drastically. And we will be able to breathe again. But they don't want to fix our refineries because they are benefiting from the current system. Now, I know that our problem is not only leadership but followership. We do not know what we want. |
Increase minimum wage to 100,000 naira and give every unemployed youth in oil producing state at 20,000 monthly. |
50 million farmers in Nigeria with estimated population of 200 million. It means that one out of every four persons in Nigeria is a farmer. This can't be true. I don't even think we have up to 10 million farmers. Nigerian government should please stop telling lies. They should use the money to fix our refineries. This is another scam. They want to steal at all cost. Another option is to invest it in security. Empower local vigilantes and crush bandits and terrorists so that our farmers can go to farm without fear and people can sleep with their two eyes closed. |
States will soon take advantage of the opportunity to create their own road safety corp. |
Fuckyoumod:Don't mind them. They do not like the profit they are making. They are acting as though we don't have an option. |
illicit:500 naira for 8,000 to 10,000 withdrawal. |
GanagiBitrus:Exactly. Groundnut is no longer cheap. The cheapest domestic item is salt and pure water. This government is just making a mockery of the poor people. The plan is to steal money in the name of palliatives. |
Nigeria is the headquarter of every crazy and stupid ideas. And we are so wicked. No wonder, it's also the headquarter of ritual killings. We want to be better than our neighbors at all cost. Who do us? |
This woman man thinks she will be forever young. |
