For everyone or only Port Harcourt?

@ kcwitch..I think the English proficiency starts with that mail. lol...while some thinks its for port Harcourt.. some see it to be the general date.
The mail only inform us that port Harcourt is now an added centre and doesn't mean the date is for port Harcourt alone

During d course of my registration i mistake by putting m.phil cos i didn't see m.sc in d pop-up, i sent someone 2 pg school and d person was asked to write a letter to the Dean which he did, so i want to ask if they rectify it would it reflect in my application, cos d person was asked to come back in person to check it and dis person is actually busy atm. I'd like any1 wth experience in this change of course ish to help me out wth an answer. pls note, It's not a change of course bt a change of program. Thanks
