Confirm that you don't have mep0 trial left.

Also, go to Option>>Adv Option>> Simcard, then type MEPD and provide the status for "Network" and "Service provider"

Network - Disabled
Service Provider- Active

I'm on 6 tries left. All 4 were with the code provided.
