I saw this recipe on Facebook (Snoring child:Dry pawpaw leaf,dry dodo leaf, fresh guava leaf, cinnamon, garlic, cook and drink half cup both morning and night)

Me: For God sake cinnamon for children haba, please dont kill ur children ooo, no cause kidney problem for your child , cinnamon is too powerful for kids. Dont just kill the innocent kid just because u want to do herbs by urself instead of paying the expert to help u with it.

Because of this many people have become old compare to their real age. Some can't even bend or sit for 5minutes without complaining about back pain..

Its used to pain me when i see most of people complain about this disease calle rheumatism especialy our old woman or man.
But anyway trying to do this simple herb and thank God.

Reumathism...

Bark of bitter kola tree(epo igi orogbo), put it into a pot, add salt substitute(obu otoyo) in to it. Then cook it with clean drinkable water. Take A cup in the morning and night.
