Op what is the reason for your question?

Do you want to reverse the diabetes so that the patient becomes diabetic free or do you want to just manage the diabetes so that it does not get worse?

If you want to reverse the diabetes, then go on the keto diet for 6 months the diabetes will go away if there is minimal carbohydrates in the diet for that long.

If you just want to manage the diabetes without curing it, then just reduce carbohydrates and eat proteins, fats and fibres.

My simple advice to manage diabetes is to eat soups and stews alone and avoid all swallows and grains. You can't get it wrong with this approach.

This is what we could have enjoyed in Nigeria. Electronic, free, fair and credible elections that would have inspired Nigeria and black race to acknowledge Nigeria as giant of Africa.
