wrong date of birth 21 may 1988

PLS I RILY NEED YOUR HELP because THE REGISTRATION IS ABOUT TO CLOSE AND BECAUSE OF THIS I WAS UNABLE TO SUBMIT MY SLIP EVEN WITH THE WRONG DATA. I WILL BE HAPPY IF SOMETHING CAN BE DONE TO RECTIFY IT. PLEASE GOD BLESS YOU.
