Thanks for the wonderful information. I bought my car in year 2000 in Lagos. I can't see any "allocation of registration number" document among the vehicle documents which I renew yearly. The only related document i have is "Particulars of Motor vehicle". The person driving the car was stopped by vio because of this "allocation of registration number" document. What do you advice? |
