You mean if they deduct your money for it?

If not just check the error message and fix it, e.g if it fails due to insufficient fund just add some money, because you might not have calculated it according to your bank account exchange rate, also maybe you've finished your dollar limit, or your card is not a dollar Mastercard.

The General fix is to use another dollar mastercard
