Some sellers that knows what's up will do this without you even asking. Eg I recently bought a $618 package. FedEx just delivered it and I did not get any custom duty. It turned out the Chinese man said the package is worth $75

It depends on your tracking number for to make sure..., Aliexpress doesn't carry out shipping on its own, they partner with other courier companies to ship, but ensure better shipping with track capability

Call the main po, check for there customer care number on google, confirm the package status

Look for ikeja post office on google, get the phone numbers, and try them, they'll ask for tracking number, give them and you'll know where your stuff is, simple

there might be issue in some case that po will not send text/call, best thing is to confirm from main po if it has been transported, I do this a lot, and won alot of arguement against them,
anyway you can continue to wait, the stuff will still come, but this method speed up the process, as per say you'll have an edge against dem lazy po agents

Yes it's normal, incase they didn't notify you on time, rush down to the nearest PO related to your post code/Zip code
