What qualifies a city to be called a digital city in the first place? Is it the fibre that is buried in the ground and not used for any economic purposes except just to be seen as working.
As much as i get the drift with fibre issues etc i dnt knw how fibres in the duct witout any economic use makes a governor working,things like this are suppose to be private sector driven and not a govt project that adds nothing to the economy of the state.I might be wrong thou
