Most of the figures are based on an Estimation from different demographics in the state

You don't expect them to capture every one in Anambra.

So if the income falls below what is necessary to survive, such person is considered to be poor or living in poverty.

It's a no brainer than the East and South is more expensive to live in than the West outside of Lagos and parts of Ogun state.
