Nollywood actress, INI Edo has announced her return to doing what she loves best. The screendiva had taken a lengthy break after she got appointed as the special adviser on Tourism to Akwa Ibom state Governor.

INI has since then been missing from the movie scenes since her appointment in February 2016. She has however picked up a script for the movie, "Deep Blue Sea".

The Producers of 'The Wedding Party Movie', have been hit with major financial setback to the tune of 200 million naira.

Just weeks after the crew and cast of the record breaking movie celebrated their N500 million profit, Pirated versions have started selling for N500 in Lagos, N400 in Benin, N300 in Abuja and Port Harcourt, and the cheapest price goes for N200 in Warri, Delta State. It is also available for illegal streaming and downloading on Facebook and earlier on Youtube which reached over 200k views before it got flagged off for copyright and taken down.

That's over 200,000 people that would have paid the #1,000 ticket price to watch it at the cinemas which would have earned the producers an extra N200 million.

Due to the volume of funds lost to these dubious means the producers have made plans to take the movie to NETFLIX and then put original CDs out for sale.

In his loving birthday message to Pastor Adeboye days ago, when the popular man of God turned, 75, Nigerian singer, Gabriel Amanyi aka Terry G, revealed how his life changed ever since the Pastor anointed his head with a prophecy.

The incident occurred during one of Terry G's ministrations at the Redemption Camp in 1996 where he performed.

The singer, who was then, a music director in the gospel genre before he joining the secular music industry recalled how he ministered at the Redemption Camp in 1996 with his siblings, after which Pastor Adeboye laid his hands on him and prophesied.

He disclosed in his birthday shout out to the revered cleric, “Once upon a time in 1996, before the Lekki98, I ministered at the Redemption Camp, alongside my younger ones, just before Pastor Kunle Ajayi ministered with his saxophone and the whole auditorium fell under the anointing. That same day, Pastor E. A Adeboye laid his hands on me and prophesied… Since that day, my life changed totally. Daddy, I celebrate you. Happy birthday Sir,” he wrote.

Nigerian singer, Muma Gee has filed for divorce from her actor husband, Prince Eke after six years of marriage.
She cited fear for her life following an Instagram post by Prince Eke where he stated that Muma Gee should prepare to rest in peace, along with a photo of his kids and eldest sister.

According to her publicist and close friend, Don Saint, Muma Gee has made an official report to the Nigerian police with regards to the matter.

According to the singer’s rep, Prince Eke took some opportunistic pictures with his kids when she granted him access to see their kids at Sheraton hotel between the hours of 5pm-7pm during the weekend. She was, however, shocked when he posted the photos on the internet shortly after she left, creating the impression that she abandoned her kids while he was just seeing them in months. He added that the actor never called to ask after their welfare until the 24th of Feb. 2017.

The singer’s representative also presented photos of the Muma Gee with her kids, before and after she took them to meet Prince Eke, and also photo evidence of domestic violence and battering that led to their break up on the night of the 5th of November 2016.

He also claimed that all allegations he had been making in the media to assassinate her character, were all false.

Nigerian RnB star, Banky W has just survived a fire accident at his home that destroyed some of his precious belongings.

The fire started as a result of a faulty air condition unit that led to an inferno that almost consumed the house located along Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1.

So there's good news and bad news. The good news is... I'm thanking God that I'm alive to give the bad news as a testimony.
Bad news is...
I was laying awake in bed at about 6am , and I just started smelling smoke. Stood up to shut off my tv and ac and realized it was coming from outside my door. Opened it to see the whole stairway was filled with huge gusts of black smoke/soot, and a fire was burning stuff downstairs. The smoke was so much I couldn't get down past it to see the source of the flames. Rushed back into my room and climbed down from the 2nd floor balcony with my dog... and then got help from the amazing workers and neighbours who helped me put out the flames.
Turns out the ac in the living room had caught fire.. I know a lot of ppl have been trying to call and I appreciate it. Maybe the fire burnt some of the network in the house because I can't receive calls LOL but instead of calling to say sorry pls just maybe say a prayer and thank God with me.

Thank God I was awake to smell the smoke. Thank God we caught it early enough and the damage wasn't so bad.. it basically burnt some of the stuff that was around it. So awards, portraits, and some small electronics. But thank God, Duke and I are alive and well. We only had to form James Bond and climb down from the balcony LOL. Thank God for my neighbors and the amazing workers in and around the compound for helping us escape via the balcony, helping put out the fire, and helping with the aftermath/cleaning.

Thank God for life. And I'm not even upset.. I'm just grateful for life and health and for the grace and mercy of God on my life. I figure I'm about to have the best year ever so the devil tried to throw a tantrum. But not today Satan. Not today, not ever. Now sit back and watch me be great. By God's grace. Amen. God bless you all.

Popular Nigerian music act, 9ice has sacked his manager and signed a new management deal with Temple Management Company to help resuscitate his career.

The Abólòre singer said that with his new management he will be able to release his new music and also access international fan base.

In his remarks, 9ice said: “For me, this is the right thing to do at this stage in my career and indeed for any forward thinking artiste. When we started music, we grew with the knowledge that everything was all about the artiste; you are the manager, owner of the record label etc. We did this to the best of our ability.

“This is the time to give experienced professionals the chance to take care of you because one will become the better for it.  Temple Management are like our own Sony or BMG in Nigeria. Any artiste who plans to grow need to work with the right people such as Temple Management Company.”

Speaking about signing 9ice, the CEO/Founder, TMC, Idris Olorunnimbe, noted that 9ice still has a good fan base in Nigeria.

 “We recognize the foundation that 9ice has built and established, together we can build on and take it to newer heights,” Olorunnimbe said.

“At Temple Management Company, we do not gamble but believe in strategy and pinpoint execution,” he added.

The Temple company also handle the management of top music acts like, Don Jazzy and Iyanya.
