Jamiu in Anambra State?
How many minutes does it take to lite a lighter that it took them too long to roast the second criminal before the arrival of the Police? Any Kidnapper caught anywhere should be roasted instantly.
Harmless villagers caught Kidnappers while armed police officers will always tell you they are on top of the situation.
Oyigboupdate would have claimed it was IPOB/ESN enforcing sit at home that did it. He would even present videos to back up his claim

you have to know that Igbos who are trade incline cannot survive on landlocked biafra with sea to do importing and exporting..so they will pay us annually to use our ways.
So are you saying you really want an Ijaw Rep? Because I haven't seen any serious move toward that except your constant online trolling of Igbos

It seems you don't get my point. My point is that justice should also be meted out in Nigeria without minding whether you are big man or not as obtains in foreign lands. A whole Chinese food and drugs council boss convicted and executed for bribery in 2008. Who born you to convict a NAFDAC boss in Nigeria? Those people don't care whether you are a top politician, socialite or whatever. And that's a way of instilling discipline in the society. You and I know Ekweremadu would have been set free in Nigeria. Who is that judge that would do the ruling? Dem never born am

Don't be silly. So because they undertake self-help development projects, the government should abandon all their responsibilities because the people would definitely perform it themselves? Or is that what obtains in your region?

Even abroad they support their own.

Steven Gerrard was caught assaulting a man at a party, knocking his teeth outninntbr process.

Never served a day in prison.
But I remember when a whole Michael Jackson languished in prison until he was finally acquitted of a crime. R. Kelly is currently being held in custody despite being a popular figure. Steven Gerrard might have claimed he fought back in self defence and they won't see that as a serious crime hence his non conviction. But in Nigeria, do you believe any court would have convicted Ekweremadu? Just a phone call from a big man and that would be the end of the case. I remember when the Chinese equivalent of their NAFDAC boss was convicted and executed for accepting bribes from an adulterated milk manufacturing company. These are some of the reasons I believe our country would never match up with those foreign countries

If it were in Nigeria, I assure you this man would have been set free. See how the politicians are showing solidarity by begging the British to temper justice with mercy. So who would have convicted a big fish in Nigeria? Unfortunately in the UK and other sane countries once you commit any crime you suffer for it. They don't care if you are a big man or not.

It surprises me that many Nigerians are still putting their hope on oil when countries all over the world are moving away from the use of fossil fuel to renewable energy. Just a few days ago, the Lagos State government launched electric buses. Very soon, such buses and cars would flood our markets including tokunbo. It should be a source of concern to even petrol station companies. So let us think beyond our oyel this and that

Ghana can never ever ever ever ever ever be better than Nigeria in any aspect. Shalom!!!
It seems you listen to Radio Nigeria and watch NTA so much and so have been captured by their patriotic jingles about Nigeria being the giants and the best country in Africa. They just want to instill patriotism inside you as a young Nigerian. They know it's all lies. Nigeria is in a mess presently. If you visit Ghana, the only thing that would bring your mind back to Nigeria is missing your relatives and friends you left behind. Living in Ghana is like a living in a paradise.

travelling by road at midnight without fear of kidnapping/robbery or even accident caused by bad road is enough to say Ghana Is better than Nigeria. I usually travel at midnight in Ghana and I have never experienced any accident/road or mishap. To top it up the buses are usually in good shape and passenger usually line up to enter a bus. For me security is priority, which you can't get here in Nigeria. I remember reporting a theft case in my compound to the ghanaian police, omo the next two days the police set up small tents at the entrance of my street and it remained like that until I left Ghana. You can hardly see a ghanaian police or army escorting a private individual in Ghana, For naija you go hear heavy police siren everyday Jesus this one na vex me pass, everyday for pH you must hear siren, in ghana the only siren you could hear is an emergency ambulance and fire service truck. The ghanaian police usually take bribe from Nigerians ( cos we don dey corrupt them and we can pay higher) no doubt bt hardly from ghanaians.
OP, you really get time to explain to people who haven't stepped foot outside Nigeria. They always listen to patriotic jingles by RADIO NIGERIA and NTA telling them Nigeria is the best in Africa although they know that's not currently the truth. I can confirm all you said about Ghana to be true because I've stayed there. I used to leave my area in Mamprobi to Circle even by 12 midnight and still come back home by 4 after enjoying myself. Who would try that in any Nigerian city? Some ignorant fellows are saying things are expensive in Ghana because they compared the exchange rate rather than the citizens' purchasing power. If we are to follow their logic, the British and the Americans are really suffering because if they bought a half kilo of pepper for $1(850naira) for example, it shows they are really suffering and Nigerians are better than them

There are smaller cities in Nigeria you can enjoy yourself. Warri, akure etc

Just as I said, until you visit those smaller countries before you know Nigeria is hellfire indeed. So do you want to tell me in Akure or Warri NEPA gives you notice of impending blackout as obtains in those smaller countries like Ghana and so on. Or that you can move about freely in Warri or Akure any time you like day time or night without any fear for your security. My man, let's just hope the new government would offer something new to make Nigerians feel any positive impact

How are the mighty fallen. Anyway I don't blame the Beninese. Now that Nigeria is a shadow of itself, which country would allow citizens from a very populous country like ours free entrance into their country? That would definitely put so much pressure on the country. They better tighten their borders. Don't blame the Ghanaians, Togolese, Beninese or even Niger Republic if they maltreat or deport Nigerians. People were thinking that should there be war in Nigeria it would destabilize the region oblivious of the fact that the downward economic trend in Nigeria has already become a big threat to the regional stability
