I have done biometrics, which was in 2020 during my PR application that was refused in 2022. do I need to pay for a new biometric or just submit the old biometrics receipt?

You should not pay for another biometrics, your biometrics is valid for 10years. I hope you answered all the questions correctly in your application because the immigration system should automatically match your details with the database and update the record so you should not get a new biometrics request. Just upload the receipt of the first application and you should be fine.

Just help your baby at every opportunity you get by gently closing the mouth with your fingers. With time baby will stop opening mouth. My babe did dat at birth and I help her close it consistently till she got used to doing it herself.
