please what is the name of the hospital and cost of treatment in india? i equally suffer from endomitriosis and ve fibroid which Drs ve claimed doesnt obstruct pregnancy. i had one failed IVF at fertile aid in abj. i really feel i should treat all the issues before going for another circle but the Drs in Nigeria are more interested in you doing the IVF straightaway. i ve read several write ups in which they say endomitriosis affects your chances. help me pls. i dont mind going to do the endomitriosis treatment now.
EUREKA2017:
Finally:

Allow GOD to lead you in this journey

This journey is not cheap (emotionally, Pscychologically and Financially)

There is something called Time and Chance

Please do your research and understand some basic information on any treatment

There are little things that can affect conception. Visiting a good gynaecology/fertility Dr @ onset could save you a lot

Most Fertilty DRs we have around in Nigeria are always in a HURRY to do IVF and underplay important issues around conceptions

If you have the wherewithall, a trip abroad especially India is a very good option (What we spent in total is more or less same as the procedural fee given to us for fibroid operation in Nigeria)

A visit to Southshore womens hospital, VI Lagos for proper assessment and checkup can be done (DR Alabi is extremely good). Nb: it works for us hence why i put this line

we are not BIAS in anyway on all the Hospitals mentioned in the narrative but just to show our experiences along the way. What works for me may not work for another and vice-versa

We lived Graciously during this period and in all things, we give all the GLORY to GOD ALMIGHTY

Finally, the purpose of this write up is to guide Someone Somewhere who is at the verge of making decision on the next step and also to profile ourself b4 you to know that there is always LIGHT at the end of the TUNNEL. 1 with GOD is a MAJORITY

NB: if you have any clarifications to make, please drop your comment here, you may PM me and i promise to respond (may not be immediate but i'll surely respond)

Thank u sister for the response. i think i will go back and sit him down for a long discussion before the procedure starts. i dont mind skipping this cycle. am being very careful cos of all that i ve read on this thread and i also suffer from endomitrisis.
LadyGuinivere:

Fret not Child of God. Shebi u know what Buserelin is for? Its for down regulation and is not as quick action as luron/zoladex so may take longer to work. I'm guessing he wants to get you Down regulated well and move str8 into a short protocol.nothing wrong with that but u will get fewer eggs.
See, if u aren't comfy with the plan, thenwait out that cycle. Its not cast in stone that u must do the ivf that cycle. When he returns u can then proceed.its better to cover all angles. Even the emotional ones so u are happy.God's grace

good day wonderfull mommas, and may God bless the creator and also the contributors of this thread. i also thank God for making me stumble on the thread on the day my husband and i decided to go for IVF treatment, (3 months ago). i have gone through all 199 pages and ve learnt so much. From this thread, i learnt the importance of preparation before the actual treatment and this has made me take my suplements religiously. i also worked on my dieting. am using fertile aid hospital in abj due to the glowing recommendation on this forum especially from brother inwangobio. my husband and i have carried out all the preliminary invetigations and the d doc recommend we do the ICSI proceedure. i need all your prayers sisters as am schedule to start the down regulation nxt wk. HOWEVER, am very worried as the the doc suddenly changed my protocol. he said i should start d busellin injection from Day 14 instead of Day 21 which i was initially billed to commence. the Doc said he shifted the date forward cos he will be travelling and will not be around during the egg transfer if am to start treatment on DAY 21. he assured me that it's still ok if we start on DAY 14 but am still worried cos i have not read here that anybody started on DAY 14. Pls momma's has anybody on this platfom started on DAY 14? Blendy777, Lady G, iwangobio and our sabi mamas i need answers ASAP plsssssss. Godbless us all.

Celebrities / Re: They Want To Disgrace Me - Linda Defends Birkins After Hermes Confirms It's Fake by tutusky: 11:43am On Feb 17, 2016
...Disgusting! vanity upon vanity. y r u bragging about the bags? is there an award you are supposed to get from God or even from the people you are bragging to? and so what if it is a birkin's or not? how has dat affected the poor or the Nigerian economy? maenwhile, i have never heard of a Linda Ikeji foundation for helping the poor (that is if there is any available). My sister, by the end of the day, life is all about how you use the wealth given to you to help others and not by the number of birkin's bags or mansions u have. Keep the stories of ur BAGS to ur closet where they belong please and stop insulting our sensibilities just because you heve access to social media. And let ur wealth speak for you not the other way round. pauper undecided

..Fear God, woman. what happened to your senses? instead of you to pray and also ask people to help you pray to overcome the spirit of adultery you are here proudly announcing how you (a married woman ) slept with your HUSBAND'S FRIEND AND HOW WONDERFUL HE IS IN BED!!!! chai, my God forgive and deliver you..ameen.
Family / Re: A Cheating Husband Is Not The Worst Thing That Can Happen In Marriage. by tutusky: 12:09pm On Jun 05, 2015
It's unfortunate but u' r damn right OP... alot of women go into marriage dis days with so much unrealistic expectations. i dnt know whether to put the blame on the society or westernization but either way the woman always end up with the shortest end of the stick! My advice to my fellow women(married and unmarried) is: take charge of your life, make yourself happy and most importantly have your feet firmly planted to the ground. Marriage itself is not an end, have a life after marriage and i can bet you wont be contemplating suicide because of your husband's infidelity! as you grow in marriage you will discover that there are so many other challenges ...what will u do then?

R.I.P to all those that died through the negligence of our doctors. Mr. Senator, the only thing i can say is take heart. Your son's case is not the first neither will it be the last as long as greedy and corrupt politicians keep embezzling money meant for providing basic/social amenities. what goes around comes around. POLITICIANS beware!!! you deprive the masses to enrich yourselves and your families but remember one day you guys shall be the victims of your own creation.

hmmm...take it easy bros u r taking it too far and personal. while some of your so called advices are reasonable n realistic most are ridiculous. you cant be a bad husband to your wife and expect "miss perfect african wife" it goes both ways. and mind your language. your tone and responses to the replies are very insultive. it's like you are very bitter and pouring your frustration and nairalanders. take it easy, its not by force to take or follow your advice. others are entitle to their opinionjust as you are entitle to yours. and what works for you might not work for others, thank u.
