Good day doctors in the house. I have a really serious issue which as being killing me in silence.

1. I had OCAITIS( not sure of the correct spelling) when I was 16. It was treated and I was given some drugs.
2. I later discovered that the testile on the left side of my manhood started shrinking in size and later disappeared.
3. to compound the whole thing I don't release sperm anytime I have sex but I do have "wet dreams"

please what can I do. thanks in advance.
