What I know and think about Kogi Election!

After Audu's death, I knew it wasn't just 'DEATH', he was killed intentionally. But I asked who might it be
Lemme start from here...Audu was actualy nominated as the APC candidate because he gained ground in Kogi state and he was really popular, not because APC of the state eventually wanna make him go for the govnorship election or because he was a very good man, NO!. And in that case, for them (APC) to win, they need someone who will win the election.

Before his death, though the election wasn't concluded yet, am sure APC won.


Now My View about the incident.

Checking from what happened, we cant say Audu was killed by an opposition party but by his own party. Looking closely, I guess their plan is:
If Audu should win the election, since they actually want his deputy as the gov, the best is to kill Audu, make his deputy be the gov then everything goes fine. But it backfired. The election is inconclusive and I don't think if there is a rerun of the voting (which I don't think there will be), APC might lose ground to PDP I Kogi state.

But my question is still...
WHY WILL THEY WANT HIM DEAD?

Some Nigerians don't just want to upgrade their thinking faculty.

Rather than employ a doctor with a fail or unsatisfactory result in this 'world class' hospital as the OP called it,i bet you they would employ a doctor with a pass(who already has a job) and pay him based on hours.

We shouldn't be too naive to think at times and for those who quoted me and said trash because Seun created the quote button,i don't know what to say to you all.

I'm still waiting for that time when we would have money to buy our own food rather than hope on the government to give us food.

look,the man is helping you. You don't have the money to invest because it is a scarce resources,if you say no the man can get 10 ppl who are better than you. So you aren't in a partnership rather make it an employee agreement.which will guarantee your minimum duration ,salary and other aspects of your involvement .if you start talking about partnership you will discouraged the man .or rather take the capital as a loan and repay back with interest

His lawyer was the person that suggested partenership from the onset and he bought it...it remains to agree snd document it...thanks

You are not into any partnership, you are an employee of the business owner who happens to be the financier. What you should be talking about is the best employment agreement which will favor you that you should tender.

Just make sure ur capacity in the business is equated to a fat share in the business... because normally irrespective of who control the personnel of a business, business wise, the one man with a very high percentage stake controls what goes around... Just be careful not to fall into a master servant relationship and since its a joint venture make it a point of note that u will not report to him else he will be exerting control over u. my 2cent

First of all has the company been registered with corporate affairs commission? If yes, are you a registered share holder in the company? Very important.

Make sure everything is in black and white and use a lawer if need be for the agreement. I have had a very bitter experience from this kind of deal before because I was trying to be nice.
