Erad is a very very talented and extremely good designer and has done some very serious jobs for me. But dude has a very big attitude problem which i believe has a psychological link. He is very temperamental. Most of the time we had a deal, he usually goes ballistic at the slightest instance. Sorry to say this, but the guy packs sooo much Bad energy that can activate a nuke. One time, i told him to give me a discount, that someone else gave me something lesser and the guy was equally good. The guy went from 0 to 100 on me. Nagging and saying that i shouldn't compare him to anyone. This and lots of other attitudinal issues makes me count 1 to 3000 before i contact him for a job. Besides that, he is a great guy who knows his onions. If you are someone who is sensitive to bad attitudes, you won't like to deal with him. But if you got a thick skin, then he is good. I want to tell him here that there was a job we couldn't pull through because of the way he dismissed my request for discount. That job is very big now, it is an oil servicing firm that just started then, but now growing in leaps and bounds. The guy that owns the company saw how he responded to my request and terminated every idea of getting him to do designs for his firm. I have suggested to him once to go see a therapist. I dont know if he heeded that advise. I am still advising him to do that before he gets consumed by the bad energy inside of him 3 Likes |

Oga EnochOgaga, pls i have a small shop with 6 Led ceiling lights, 1.5hp Hisense Air Conditioner, one water dispenser, a 32 inches tv and a desktop computer. What size of Generator will you recommend for me. Fuel economy and noise is very important too..I am looking at a 4000 Sumec Firman Generator that goes for ₦92,000. Pls i await your professional advise. And also, how do i know the KVA rating of a generator, what i know is just 29000, 3000,8990, etc. I need to be able to know how many KVA a generator is when i see it.
