I shipped your order (2pcs THL 4000) amongst others via DHL but it turns out they have being exceptionally slow in recent times due to customs check, over flowing items to dispatch and flight schedules....Though we are yet to exhaust the 10days wait time but I deem it fit to bring you guys up to speed.

The order has being shipped since 29th November (See screenshot) but sadly its still not updated after its last status.
