Step6: put some mashed potatoes puree in your palm, flatten it.
Step7: add the mince meat into the mashed potatoes puree and wrap it. Make sure it seal well to avoid licking while frying.
Step 8: break the egg in a clean plate.
Step 9:pour flour in a clean plate and mix it with the potatoes ball.
Step10: put the potatoes ball in the raw egg
Step 11: put the potatoes ball in bread crumbs.
Step12: fry the potatoes ball in hot oil.
Mashed Potatoes balls are ready.

P:S if you can't afford breadcrumbs,buy a brown agege bread and blend it with your blender or pound it.

Mashed potatoes.
Ingredients: irish potatoes or sweet potatoes
Sliced spring onion
Sliced red pepper (ata rodo)
Chopped onion
Mince meat or chopped raw meat
Sliced or diced carrot
Egg
Flour
Bread crumbs
Maggi,salt and ground nut oil.
Procedure: peel the potatoes and slice it into round shape or any shape.
Step2: washed the potatoes with water,and boil the potatoes until it's soft.
Step3:mashed the boiled potatoes with a spoon or a rolling pin( if you don't have a rolling pin,you can use a clean bottle)
Step4: add a little oil in a pan and fry the mince meat,add carrot and maggi. Set it add.
Step5: add red pepper in the mashed potatoes and spring onion

Step4: pour the egg into the ground nut and shake it very well.
Step5: add the remaining flour into the bowl and shake the bowl very well.
Step6; pour the ground nut oil in a frying pan,allow the oil to heat.
Step 7: fry the peanut in the in the hot oil.
Peanut is ready

P:S you will divide the flour into 2 batch. Add the first batch into groundnut and add the second batch after pouring the egg.

Peanut
Ingredients:
2 eggs
Flour 500gram/ half kilo, baking powder 2tsp(teaspoon)
Nutmeg 1sachet,salt 1tsp
Groundnut half paint
Sugar 4tbsp( depending on how you want it to be sugary)
Dano milk 1sachet
Groundnut oil for frying.
Procedure; pour the ground nut in a clean bowl and add some water. Allow it to soak for 30 minutes.
Step 2: spread the soaked groundnut in a clean tray and allow it to dry.
Step 3; break the egg in a bowl,add sugar,milk, nutmeg and flavor.
Step4; mix the flour and baking powder in a sperate bowl.
Step5: pour the ground nut inside the flour and mix well or shake it well.

P:S The reasons for adding palm oil in the blended plantain are numerous such as
It's give swallow yellow color.
It's also make the swallow thick and eatable e.t.c

Plantain swallow:
Ingredients: unripe plantain
Water
1 tsp of palm oil
Procedure: peel the unripe plantain and slice into a round shape or any shape.
Step2: pour the slice unripe plantain into the blender,add a little water and allow it to blend.
Step3: pour the blended plantain in a clean pot.
Step4: add 1tsp of palm oil into the plantain
Step4: gradually turn the blended plantain until it's become thick.
Plantain swallow is ready.

Step 4: mix it well until no lumps.
Step 5: pour the okpa in a clean white Nylons
Step 6: pour water in a clean pot, allow the water to heat
Step7: put the wrap okpa into the pot and allow it to boil. Okpa is ready

Okpa:
Ingredients;
Grinded okpa seed( you can get grinded okpa at mile 12 or Oyingbo market)
Palm oil
Grinded fresh pepper
Salt to taste
Luke warm water
Procedure: pour water in a clean pot and put it on fire. When the water is hot,bring out some and mix it with cold water, set it aside.
Step2: pour the grinded okpa in a bowl and add some like warm water with palm oil. make sure you mix it well to avoid lumps.
Step 3 :add grinded pepper with salt.
Step4: add the luke warm water bit by bit to avoid lumps.

Would you rather take a job that pays you 200k monthly and your boss treat you so well with respect and honor or would you take the job that pays you 500k monthly but you get insulted and scorned by your boss every single day?
As for me I will take the job of 200k monthly because my mental health and safe respect matters alot. I remembered I left a ushering job that pays me 15k daily because of the way my boss talked to me,I can't tolerate insult,I don't have thick skin. Your opinion is needed.
