well one of the problems I had was accommodation ishh..
seeing as some people here could face the same problem ,am more than willing to accommodate 2 people as I have some already ..

I have all Sefi Atta books at home Damiso.

I also recommend

And of course all of Adichie's books. Do I have to mention Chinua Achebe? I don't think so.


Has anyone read "The other hand" by Chris Cleave (also known as "Little Bee"? He is British but grew up in Cameroon. The book is about a Nigerian girl / asylum-seeker. I have read the first few pages and it's promising. I heard it's taught in European schools. A film adaption is being developed and will be produced by Nicole Kidman. I guess, a book is always a better option. Most films disappoint when you have read the book but I will give it a try after I read it.

I don't knw why people kept wasting there time every year. Do u think there's a miracle to passing UI post utme. See, if u applied for mbbs last year and u werent even close to the cut off, I dont see any reason why u should pick it again dis year.... UI exams change every year and absolutely no one can tell u the exact textbooks to read in excelling from d exam.... #fact .....

actually bro good preparation is the key ..if she/he believes he can make it ,who are you to dissuade him....
