That picture looks like a consequence of a flooding , Lagos is an overpopulated area with a gabage problem we know that fact. No need to remind us. Keep shouting APC, Yoruba there.

You have no shame walahi.
Is Lagos more populated than London in terms of density per km
Has the state and its 57 LGAs/LCDAs not being ruled ruined by Tinubu/Fashola/Ambode for 17 years of ProgreTHIEF propaganda and lies?
Did the budget of the state not increase from less than N45 billion in 2000 to almost N500 billion in 2015
Yet Lagos state is so trashy and dilapidated.

Some days ago, I was at a secondary school in Surulere (across the bridge from the Island) in Lagos for a friend's event where he is educating secondary students about the perils of peer pressure. I honestly wasn't expecting what I saw as the state of this secondary school.
It left me wondering if this was a school or a dump yard. Why in heaven's name are Nigerian leaders looking the other way while the young ones study in this sorry environment?

The attached pictures are what I saw. This is no secondary school. It's a hopeless shanty. I hope this gets to front page and attracts the necessary attention.

Now tell me how your inconsequential gibberish has defeated the fact so stated, is Lagos not overpopulated, does it not have a severe waste problem, did the flood which has not been correctly managed bring this pitiful waste problem to the fore ?

Note I made no excuses for the problem there is, I've just pinted out the reason for the grand mess that was illustrated by the picture.

I know you lack reasoning, I'll blame it on the poor educational system that you were subjected to, where intricate analysis is not promoted.

Before Lagos was formed as a port for ferrying goods, and slaves , the metropolis of London already had a sewer system that was adequate in sustaining it's waste disposal, that system has been improved on over the millennia and is still very much the foundation of the development of London as a city.

It is acknowledged by all historians, engineers and intellectuals that a most important aspect of a modern urban area is the sewage and waste disposal system. God has been kind to us in Nigeria, otherwise half of Lagos would have been wiped off by a plague epidemic.

But I ask is it a problem peculiar to Lagos, we all know what the onitsha market looks like, how parts of Enugu are like, I've lived in ibadan, I just saw a report on the abattoir in bebue state. You pointing fingers at another man's problems would not resolve yours.

I'll also add while I'll never hold court for Tinubu or even BRF whom I admire for fear of loosing my head and my conscience, I'll not throw Ambode under the bus just for being a succesor to what remains the most successful administration of state government over the last 30 years in Nigeria. I dare you to point out any other governor who has distinguished himself equally that's right I feel so confident about the matter I would not even be able to pick a governor who has performed to samr level given the resources available.

Ambode is just coming up on 365 days in office, he has been very methodological, he has not rocked the boat and he has continued on the development plan which is laudable as setup by his predecessors he has introduce his own ideas efficiently. And I'll dare say, a performance report would still score higher than many other governors at present, the only people I see doing anything useful are El rufai and Ayade

I wonder how many of the 36 states you have visited since 1999?
How many of the 36 states are covered by the Lagos-Ibadan media axis as Lagos state is covered?
How many of the 36 states have a slick, effective media strategy aka PROPAGANDA arm of their state administration as Lagos state has had since Tinubu?
Meanwhile, when you talk about 30 years in Nigeria, are you excluding the 2nd Republic UPN governors of the LOOBO states such as

- Jakande,
- Bola Ige,
- Bisi Onabanjo
- Ambrose Alli
- Pa Ajasin

WHO SAYS 4 YEARS IN OFFICE IS NOT ENOUGH FOR MEANINGFUL ACHIEVEMENTS?

IT'S A FACT THAT 90% OF GOVERNORS IN NIGERIA SINCE 1999 WITH REVENUES AT THEIR DISPOSAL CANNOT BOAST OF A QUARTER OF THESE ACHIEVEMENTS EVEN WITHIN THEIR EIGHT YEARS IN OFFICE.

Even Jakande had his faults and if memory serves my right that period of Shagari brought about mass corruption of the political class. The 10% clause etc

Leave trash for lawma as the young man Olamide said, even you know that of the 36 states in Nigeria, none of the governors have been able to implement a plan for their state or people as the duo and now trio of Tinubu - BRF - Ambode have.

I speak not of any other factor, lagosian have always requested more of their governors when compared to other states and these governors given their flaws know there is a base minimum expected. That why jakande shone, why Buba Marwa was loved , why BRF excelled and why Ambode is keeping that legacy alive.
