I’m with you on this, I put all energy into washing plates, if there is no plate to wash, I will scatter and re-arrange my wardrobe.

@Op, I rarely comment but because I understand your feelings I just had to.
Seriously I do understand how you must be feeling. Atimes you will feel as if you should have enough money and not bother asking ur hubby for anything. I know the feeling when you are being looked as been wasteful or as a bad manager. You are not WASTEFUL.
1. Suggest to hubby that you should buy some stuffs in large quantities. Let him see reasons for that.
2. Make your budget ( list them according to their importance) Never go out of budget. Don’t buy unnecessary things.
3. Improvise if u have to. E.g u can also have coal pot asides gas(using coal pot doesn’t mean u r poor or suffering) I used it for some of my cookings like Egbo(corn meal, dunno if dats d English o)
4. Cook what will satisfy you. It’s not necessary for som1 to eat to d back of d stomach( Aje ranju)
5. Lastly Sis...One way no enter market( if u can do some oda things to earn more)
Responsibilities can really frustrate a man. He ll definitely do more if he has( if he’s not naturally stingy). So we need to help them.

This is exactly what I do. I buy foodstuffs in large quantities especially rice, garri, palm oil and G.oil. Having all the necessary things at home will save u money n stress. Atimes when I’m broke I would only buy pepper n egg n dat would last two days.
