Good evening house, I've been using a Sumec Firman 2.9Kva generator since 2015 and it's been serving me well, engine has never been worked on, just occasional rope cuts. One time though, the carburetor was changed. Somtime around April, it refused to start, changed the plug, same thing. Called a repairer who opened the Cylinder (first time this is happening) and replaced a valve and the Gen came on again and its been working since then. Problem is, it's now too loud. My Gen used to be quiet. I called up the repairer, he said it's nothing, but I know there's something wrong, the Gen is too loud, I can't even hear the audio from my TV clearly. Please anyone know what's the issue or what caused this? Thanks.

Another thing I noticed is that, pulling the rope now to start it isn't as smooth as before, there's some extra resistance that wasn't there..

Pls do you know any authorized Microtek repair center in PH or Lag? Esp in PH.
I also have a faulty 1.1Kva Microtek inverter, it stopped connecting to mains or charging batteries but it inverts, gave it to a technician and he worsened the situation, it won't invert nor charge nor connect to mains anymore. Infact he burnt an I.C on the board

#4)Know the VA rating that your inverter requires
VA ratings and watt ratings are not to be taken interchangeably. Appliances that we use around our homes such as lights, bulbs, refrigerators, air conditioners et al are the ones that consume power and hence are rated in Watts. Inverters are appliances that require close to no maintenance at all, until and unless they stop functioning altogether. An inverter is not 100% efficient because it uses a part of its energy to power its own circuitry and run a cooling fan.

Guys, I was gaming on my PS4 Slim few minutes ago and I heard a loud pop sound from inside the console and it immediately went off, when I brought it close to my nose, I could slightly perceive a burn odour. I guess the Power Supply Unit (PSU) is fried. It has refused to power up.
Anyone here faced that issue before?
