my BBM can no longer chat with just one contact, I can video call and voice call with bbm to the person, but chats no dey go, I can't even see the dp too. we have restarted phones, updated bbm too, the traffic is just one way via chats, the person can send to me, I'll read but can't reply and it doesn't show as read from the other end.

Back up your contacts and do a Wipe.
When backing up contacts. Don't bother backing up applications. Just contacts alone. U can always reload ur applications from BlackBerry World.

Look for and download d latest MX Player apk and install it on ur bb, it has a media scan feature, use it to scan ur entire device for media files, if the video is actually in ur fon, it should shw up on the list...

Does d top-rear of the fon heat up unnecessarily?
Are u using 3G?
Didyu switch to anoda netwrk?
Wat OS are u running?
Open up Settings n check wat app is using more cpu power... (Bbm cn be notorious for dis).

I have noticed battery Life Improvement on my Z10.

Another thing u can do is to activate your battery saving mode. I activate mine at 100% full battery charge. It reduces most of the phone's activities in the background .

Check ur Filemanager very well, it shuld be der, as long as ur sure the transfer completed witout errors. Check 'downloads' folder, check 'Misc/downloads' too, wats d format of the video by d way?

I am currently running the older version of os 10.2 on my Q5 but recently it pop up on my friends phone that version 10.3 is out for upgrading in which he did immediately which is looking more better
but uptill this moment I have never recieve the updates on my phone and alternatively I goes to the software update to check for new version and it's showing that " you have the latest version"... any suggestion or help on how to go about updating to version 10.3

Yep it will work. You can make use of xender or flashshare to make it faster.

..or u can jst google dem and add 'apk' at d end n download, dey are really small files n shuld be easy to dwnload, opera mini isnt even upto 1mb, afta downloading, go to ur file manager and click dem to install. because i knw flashshare/xender will be confusing for u.

The wifi connection culd be locked with a security key(password), in this case u need to provide this. If not, den do a reboot or a hard reset by pressing and holding volume up+down together till d fon goes off n on again.. Den try reconnecting

Am really not sure wher ur headed, if u are downloading raw apps wit any browser into ur fon or anytin els den installing these raw app file in ur fon is wat is called sideloading. Nw asking if any1 has sideloaded wit browsers like ucweb or OM is wat i dnt get, wat are u even sideloading? Android apps, rite? Nt really sure, but sideloading never caused any serious harm or any harm at all.
