Hmm, weird cos my audio output is very filtered n loud, I was even tempted to think it came with som audio enhancement software or somtin. but try going to Settings/Main volume n increase the volume...

Ordered mine with a screenguard frm jumia too lastweek but afta ordering, died customer care calld n told me dey couldn't do Pay on Delivery in my area(somtin dey'v bin doin since o), dunno if dey wer robbed somtime. Anyway finally got it frm Slot for 38,500 n I nid to tell u, dis is one vry sleek fon. D browser is so wow! n it handles som big android games well too like I play DeadTrigger2, RavenSwords2 etc.. flawlessly here. speaker quality is tite too n all. My only ish with dis toy is dt it gets warm at d rear while using it, somtimes vry warm almost hot! I tink it affects d batt's life too dou Iv nt rilly noticed, hav u noticed dis too?@op...

My Z3 rear becomes vry warm wen am using it, weda on 2G or 3G. Wen I play HD games, it becomes particularly hot! Also I havnt noticed but am sure it'll have a negative effect on d battery life. Evryoda user noticed dis?

Z10 has 1800mAh battery while Z3 has 2800mAh battery meaning the z3 will last probably twice as long as the z10 on one charge

Z10 has 16gb internal storage and 2gb RAM while the z3 has 8gb internal storage and 1.5gb RAM meaning the z10 has more balls than the z3 and can do some heavy lifting to make you happy

Z10 has hdmi out and z3 has fm radio and miracast

The z3 has 1.2ghz cpu, lower screen resolution but a better quad-core gpu so the lower RAM won't affect screen performance. The z10 has 1.5ghz CPU, older dual-core gpu and more RAM making it very capable

The z3 was not designed as an upgrade on the z10 but time and better technology in the z3 makes it a compelling argument. The z10 is now suffering from pioneer effects. It is now more than a year old and all the hardware are considered old in technology age even though it will still run rings around many so called quad core androids

I do not expect BlackBerry to release another device with 1.5gb RAM unless the z3 becomes ridiculously successful and they figure lots of people are happy with that concept

If you are happy with your z10/q10/q5 and you don't need to buy a new hardware then by all means enjoy what you have.

If you're upgrading to your first BlackBerry 10 and money is an issue then the z3 is the best option for you.

The z30 is still the best if money is not an issue and you feel like upgrading from any BlackBerry, android or iPhone model

Joseph6: abandon the follow come charger coz its 5v 850mah, they prolly included that to cut cost. get a 5v 1.8a. Coz I charged mine with the phone switched off for 2 hrs from 96% with follow come and it didn't hit 100% until I switched to a Samsung galaxy charger.

walcolm: just make sure you dont let the battery die at 0%. the battery should last a full day of use so always keep it juiced up and you should be good

To make it easier for u, open d torrent client app u use, den look for the search torrents pane and search for- Modern Combat 5 : Blackout v1.0.1c (Android), jst copy dt as it is n paste on d search pane, u shuld c it amongst d results, it shuld definitely top d list, select n add it to ur dwnload list n start dwnloadin. lemme knw if u encounter any ish..
