1. Can I sell my own plot in the near future without interference of the original seller been Oga Spyder.

2. If I intend to build, will there be an ultimatum on time period to build, if yes, what if I default.

3. Is there any definite building plan at present for the estate of is just choice building.

4. Can I choose to say set up a commercial shop/ say an eatery on my plot or something commercial, or must it be a residential building.

How possible will 4 bebroom bungalow fit in with a 2 bedroom in a land of 490sqmetre. I was advice to combine the two. It's this possible on the size of land and still have space to atleast pack cars and the children can play freely.
