After application, just get all your necessary doc set. Print out your form and go the the vpnue on the scheduled date for your state.

Your First degree certificate and NYSC are more important for PG masters students (+MSc certificate for PhD)
Waec/Neck can be used by PG applicants. It doemt affect scoring.

I know completion of NYSC is necessary to apply for the exams.
But if you feel you can try your luck, go. You never can tell.

After successfully applying for this BEA scholarship with Hungary as my 1st choice, i proceeded to hungarian site to complete the app only to find out that Nigeria is not Eligible for the Scholarship. pls i need assistant On the way forward because i really want to get this scholarship

Even if you've submitted your application, you can re-edit other things like chosen country and re-print it.

This is new, so I don't know much about it yet. But all I can say is that you can be allowed to change your preferred choice of country at the FSB centre on the interview/exam day, if Hungary isn't accepting Nigerian scholars this year.

You can get your state of origin certificate (its really important) within a day for about 2k or less from your state liaison office especially if you stay in Lagos or Abuja.
What state are you from.
