A post Baccalaureate diploma in Business Management should work perfectly for the applicant since he has been in the marketing and sales department for over 10 years now. I don't see any herculean task here as you perceive it as per convincing the VO because there is a logical progression in the applicant's career and the bonafide intention of the applicant in pursuing the proposed program in Canada can be confirmed through his vast working experiences.
