Over bloated indeed. Do you know that the state govt just recruited about 4000 workers that are waiting to take over from d sacked workers and you are talking about overbloated civil service.

When i saw d name of a branch chairman of nulge on that list, I new that that they are out to victimize workers that are not loyal to their maladministration.
