They r indirectly collecting levies from the already poor citizens. Importers will definitely pass d extra charges on d end users in their country. Africa n copy copy. America imposed levy on product they r already producing but Americans prefer to import cos it's cheaper. So US tariffs is to discourage mass import. African tariffs is to raise money to fund their regional block. |

US was using Ukraine to reveal Russia capabilities but zelezele was dumb to c it. No one believe d war would last one week sef. For d war to drag 3 yrs is a mystery to Russia.
