I must commend the good guidance job being done here to help people with this DIY method of passport application especially by some notable names I see here.
please for want of time I am pleading for guidance on how I can Apply Online to RENEW my passport and kids as well. I wish to know what the Fees are for Renewal. payment mode and any documents I will be required to upload and also present at their office. This situation is called no-show"

Your 2nd question will be liken to a woman who was going to purchase some foodstuffs at the market but lost the money on her way. Therefore, every F2s or dependent's purchasing power (to secure a visa) is the principal applicant's visa success.

Although, the principal applicant's visa denial does not automatically affects the continuation of the dependent visa process, but the probability of the issuance of such visas is very very low (without the visa-success of the principal applicant). 👍

Given similar cases I have seen and read on this platform I do not recommend you Ignore this Reschedule as they are aware of whatever earlier appointments you may have and have rescheduled you , hence the need for you to show up and attend same so you do not blame yourself later for not doing same and not being allowed to attend at the date you had scheduled that was changed.
