These facts can be confirmed by collating the polling units results on IREV. For Nsukka LG,do that for Ihe,Iheakpu and Obukpa wards. For Isi-Uzo,Mgbuji ward. PDP votes was undercounted in Nkanu-East by about 1600+ votes.
