Sports / Oliseh Resignation ; How To Choose The Best Coach In Nigeria by ucheKingston(m): 5:12pm On Feb 26, 2016 |
Due to the instability of our football coaching system, I thought it wise to bring out my voice among voices in the actualization of BETTER COACHING in Nigeria Curb Corruption; As we all know that corruption has eating up our beloved country Nigeria, paving way for inconsistency and instability, I suggest the FG should investigate thoroughly(cos I know that a lot of misappropriation is going on among the football Executive caucus) what is really going on in our football system both the NFF, past coaches and the problems/challenges encountered by the outgoing coach, to enable the ill-situations not to repeat itself. Team Vote; I want to also suggest that we make an open vote technologically(to avoid Fraud) on who the masses of Nigeria want as there coach. This strategy is not usual, but judging from the situations facing the countries growth and development. Let us vote and not by just selection. Passionate & Humble To Serve ; Virtues of Leadership, passion is from the heart which is expressed unknowingly. Humility is wisdom and maturity, not pride on media or social networking, pls my fellow Nigeria, let's trade carefully and make a wise choice by checking the Dedications, Achievements, character-wise, Flaws etc of a person to be appointed..To avoid regrets and waste. Experienced In New Generation Coaching system: I believe that the world is evolving faster, I also feel that there are advanced ways to give our players better coaching, I also suggest that coaching appointments should be given to persons with higher coaching knowledge in respect of the coaching trends....with Educated Men and women as the technical team and Staffs. Let's Be Wiser!!! Naija Must Be Great Written by kingston uche |

Career / Lower Credit(cgpa)? How To Beat First Class Students In Labour Market by ucheKingston(m): 3:36pm On Feb 26, 2016 |
This article is not trying to undermine an upper creditor nor trying to encourage LOWER Crediting..rather the article is written to boast the morale of graduates due to one situation or the other the encountered during there school time, the had a lower credit..pls let's not judge them rather encourage them to be the best despite there low performances in school. 1) Learn a promising skill _ nothing in the world can be compared with being an Expert in your skill. Learning a skill can be done personally, applying to learn as an apprentice, Internship programs, Online etc...tomorrow starts today my friend. 2) Improve your CV - just your school Certificate alone whether upper or lower CGPA can not get you the kind of work you desire or will not make you all that competence, to stand out from the crowd, find ways to improve your CV, 3) Improve on Soft Skills _ these goes a long way in developing ones interpersonal approach and character to life, making people and potential employers to view you as Trustworthy and Lovely. Soft skills such as good personal traits, communications, leadership, skills, Language etc 4) Acknowledging personal achievements/Failures _ By accepting your Flaws and strengths this will get rid of worries and regrets, also it will provide a better way to improve on your quest for achievements. 5) High Self Esteem - Low CGPA is not an excuse for low self esteem, A wise man said that ''Anybody that know what he or she wants out of Life, Education is not an Excuse'' Low CGPA is not who you are,it is not your best shot, it is that same unkindness of life everybody is facing, mind you that you can boast it, just if you want. 6) Be Ambitious - Be a goal getter. Never Settle For less 7) Continuous Learning- As a graduate, as an achiever, you get to understand that learning is a continuous process until death..why don't you further your education by going for your MSC,PHD,vacational studies, personal studies etc online or offline, it gives you an edge over your peers.. Traveling - As we all know that traveling is part of education, when you travel to a new place you learn new things, also you learn more and understand life more, this will widen your imagination of life and make you to make better decisions.
