• The Buyer and the Seller sign this contract agreement and deposit same in their various banks. Electronically signed documents are enforceable.

• Buyer returns the SIGNED SPA.

• Seller and Buyer sign payment schedule, buyer returns the signed payment schedule.

• Seller’s bank will send a scanned copy of the original allocation paper to the buyer’s bank for verification and confirmation.

• Buyer pays the agreed sum of money as stipulated in the SPA and Payment Schedule to all parties involved in the transaction

• Seller transfers title documents to the buyer’s name.
