Why is the online platform created then? to scam?? Hello sir...I am still waiting on your reply for my pending withdrawal made since Saturday August 15th and this is 22nd....Still nothing...Sent over 3 emails and still no reply from you guys...Went to the office and no form of good help, redirecting me saying it's port harcourt that handles online..It was a woman called Ijeoma I was talking to....Please over 400k is hanging....If this whole thing is becoming stressful, I would kindly love to close my account and my capital returned because I have 360k already there as an initial investment... I don't mind paying the 10% termination fee...So that I can have rest of mind because it is starting to get frustrating.... I have always advised people against investing online if they can afford to get to the office.

I met the same objection when I went to their Allen office before they directed to the Lekki office where I invested.

They seem to be operating independently, and it's somehow confusing to a new investor.

Well I didn't know this because I have been watching this thread before investing and it seems online investments has been smooth anyways so I did it at the comfort of my home which is what having an online presence should do...Would you like to be going to the bank every time?? Why have an only presence if it's not useful..Simple shut it down and tell investors to do physical.

A simple Google search of "MBA FOREX Lekki Office" should give you the direction.

I drove down there using Google maps even when I have never been there before.

I have gone to their office, the woman that answered me was doing as if my matter wasn't relevant and that it is port harcourt that handles online issues that they have sent my matter hopefully and before Tuesday it should be resolved and I should be credited.

Also, please is there anyone that knows the correct office address in Lekki phase 1?? Please send it abegg

The ROI was due for 14th but came in 15th and I withdrew 15th... Till now which is 19th, still yet to be paid....The money consist of a balance there and ROI that came in.

Uhmmm how long does it take for ROI to be paid?? My due date was 15th August and I made withdrawal on the 16th August, till now which is 18th August, I am still yet to be paid my ROI plus the remaining balance that was there. Is there any issue or are they following 1-3 business working days protocol?? Their customer care line isn't working.
