Can I get a new battery for that pixel 4xl?

Good day guys, please I need help here, I just bought Google pixel 7 pro new and unboxed it myself this afternoon but when I tried charging it, the battery icon keeps showing question mark on it ?... I have tried different chargers it kept showing the same thing.... Please what could be the problem and how can i fix it? Pls note, it's brand new, and unboxed just today.....

My pixel 4xl have been having same issues almost a year now, but it charges when in bootloader mode, reason why I'm skeptical it's a battery issue

Good afternoon, my pixel 4xl has not been charging normally for some time the battery 🔋 meter shows the question mark sign .. although it charges when I put it on bootloader mode.. do you have any idea what the problem might be? And how to resolve it??

This is a used locked T-Mobile Google Pixel 6, 8gig Ram and 128 gig Rom, single sim clean with just a very small crack at the left down corner of the back not noticeable at all. The color is Sorta seafoam and cleanliness is 8/10. I’m giving out free original charger and also free original pouch worth 10k. I used it mostly for streaming Netflix videos. How do you come to the conclusion that it's a battery issue and not a driver issue or a software issue??

Engineers in the house please assist on this.. I was on my surface pro 2 and it went off suddenly. Tried to get it back on all to no avail, then I connected the charger and it came on , now I noticed it only comes on when connected to a power supply even when the battery is at 99% . What could be the problem and how do I rectify it??
