Hello house,
Please how much will cost me to build a village house in Enugu.
My land is along the road and accessible.

I want to build a 5 BR duplex with 3 toilets and bathroom .
I am not really sure of the dimension but just seeking for knowledge on how much it wil cost me.
I have some money saved up but it's not upto 10M naira.
What do I do? Start and stop of wait to get more money?

I can't tell when exactly they would be done, the present graduates that is those that just finished their final year exams have to wait for their projects to be completely assessed and their remaining results released then those that cleared their papers would wait for the faculty to announce final clearance after which they would be inducted by PCN as Pharmacists. In other words, the rate at which this present 5th year would graduate depends on how fast the outgoing ones are inducted.
Yes there is professional exam for final years apart from their normal semester exams.
There is Clerkship which is done in Madonna University Teaching Hospital by final year students, I don't know if there are other clinical rotations.

It's left for the faculty to decide if 1/3 would resit, no announcement has been made yet but it is likely that they would resit because those that had 1/3 in pre-qualification exam were allowed to write professional.

The date for resit has not been announced but it should be January.
Pharmacy in Madonna University is a 5 year course, if she clears her courses then she should graduate in record time.

I see. What is the potential recorded time? What's your calendar like? I guess that will be next year. When next year?
Is there any other professional exam for 5th year?
Are there clinical rotations still done in clinics?

I'll like to share my experience with an hacker on nairaland. I'll spare you all any details I think is irrelevant.
So, last week Sunday 6/11/16 a nairalander (a business friend) told me he wanted to buy payoneer from someone but he doesn't have a payoneer card, I suggested to him to send to mine. I gave him d payoneer address but I jokingly warned him not to buy from an hacker (I never knew God was telling me something ). He said the seller was sending 1st. He sent me a screenshot of the 1st authorization and I told him I hadn't received the funds in my payoneer. I waited up for about 30 minutes before retiring to bed when I didn't see the $145 reflected in my account. I wondered why there was so much delay as I had never experienced such delay before.

Fast forward to the following day Monday, the $145 wasn't still reflecting in my payoneer. I informed the my friend and he was like "thank God I have not paid naira". Now let me mention that I noticed the name on the screenshot sounded too Arabic to be Nigerian and I think the guy is an hacker which I pointed out to my friend and we laughed over it.

I logged into my payoneer account on Monday only to see that the card had been blocked. I sent mails daily and called daily to know why the card got blocked. Payoneer kept saying "your account is under investigation"

The good news today is, I called payoneer for over 20 minutes and I was told the card is unblocked and they apologised for the delay.

The hacker's details are as follows :

Now to the mistakes :
1) My friend failed to do due diligence research of checking account details here on nairaland before agreeing to transact because he thought he was safe as the hacker would send funds 1st
2) My friend bought at a very low rate. He wanted to buy payoneer @ 400/$... That was greed (I've said that to his face several times)


I hope someone learns one or two things from this because it's not about escrow, sending 1st or last... It's about dealing with legitimate people
