Let's be patient to get legit information from Flexisaf and PTDF or anyone that has contacted them directly. Hearsay wouldn't work here. If you can log in then do so and do the needful on your application. If you can't login, try different browsers and devices. All hope isn't lost yet.

The two browsers on my phone have been showing "not shortlisted" for the two applications (fgc & UK) even after I previously logged in and choose a center today. So I was like "e don be", "wahala dey". Until just now when I checked with my computer Firefox browser and both of them opened again. I no for sleep this night oh.

I think it's showing not shortlisted for everyone. It could be a problem with the system

I applied for the FG & C and was shortlisted, I also applied the UK schorlaship, I didn't get a mail to choose my center, however when I logged in I was able to choose a center... So probably I'm shortlisted for this also...

Make sure you are sure of which application you are logging in to: France/Germany/China or UK. Both are different applications so you should have different logging details. The choice of center is for UK. But it seems the update to the site is affecting both applications.

If you received the update mail & you're having problems logging in..
1. Completely clear your browsing data from your browser and try again.. or
2. Use a browser that you've never used before to access flexi.ptdf.com and you'll be able to log in..

I used option 2. To update my interview centre by logging in with Microsoft edge.

Correct. Specifically, try clearing your cache or cookies. I just updated mine. Plus if you aren't shortlisted, you will be informed on the site. Good luck to all successful applicants. Interview things now remaining

Have no fear. All your data is on a server database, so merely going through them cannot alter anything at the server.

Please I need advice to know my stand!..I noticed a little error in my SOP and I tried to review my application. I moved from one stage to another successfully until it started displaying forbidden when I tried to move to the next stage. So trying to log in it says portal is closed. I am afraid oh...since I didn't get to the submit page! Hope it won't dent my chances.?...please your swift response will be much appreciated..

The Portal is closed again. So maybe you stumbled on the site at the time it was being closed.

Yes. I'm applying for PhD. If you have it among your documents then you should make it available to the panel. It's a plus. I had to insistingly present most of my documents even my awards and they were graded. They didn't necessarily ask for anything. That was one my strategy.

Your transcript will be assessed during the interview. Mine was during that of France/Germany/interview. I got mine from UI within 1week before the interview... And it really paid off. So try securing yours. Make sure you are requesting for a Student's Copy. That one takes a shorter time to secure and is cheaper. The Main transcript can be requested for after you get the admission.

No Problem. The default interview center is Abuja. So if you didn't make a choice start preparing for your Abuja trip - in case you are invited

The documents you uploaded matter. This is the first stage of screening. Not everyone that applied for PTDF is selected for interview. Why? Because some people would be screened out based on the documents they uploaded.

So pay attention to the documents you upload.

You can take a cue from Jamb.

All Engineering related courses must include Mathematics.
All Medical related courses must include Biology.

So if you know your field of study well you should know which course is most relevant. I don't think PTDF made any rules concerning this apart from English being compulsory. Just use your common sense.

If you don't remember doing it, go back and edit your application. And as Dmainman said always resubmit. Only have a good internet connection. No need to be too careful.

Good afternoon all. I wanted to ask a question concerning the full academic transcript that will be required at the next stage, assuming I make it that far.

I'm not too familiar with the whole transcript deal (I graduated a little over a year ago) but from what I've heard, you need to put in the address of the particular organisation requesting for your transcript. When requesting for my transcript, do I provide PTDF's address so that the official copy will be delivered to them? Or do I just need to present the student copy? And does it make any difference if it's the local or international transcript? Cuz the international is terribly expensive and takes a long time to obtain from what I've heard.

And assuming, miracle of miracles, I get the scholarship. Will I need to request for another international transcript to be sent to the UK school that grants the admission?

I would really appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

Your student copy will do just fine for PTDF. Yes, when you get the admission you will need to request your school here in Nigeria to send your transcript to your school in UK.

Just got my invite for PhD. Mine is Friday. I think the detailed invite should be it. The email clears every air of doubt about whether it's going to be an interview or test. It clearly states that you are going to make a presentation of your Research Proposal & SOP to a Panel. Also, you are to bring 8 copies of your Proposal. So Preparation things all the way. Let us know if you have gotten additional info in your email. I tried logging in just now and it took me to "Research Area Category". Strange. Previously, it usually displays choice of interview center. Anyways, my overview still has PH as my interview center which is correct. I think things are being sorted out.

The interview is not just in Abuja na. There is a location in different zones which is why we were asked to pick our preferred location. When I called flexisaf yesterday, I was told before the end of today, we will all be updated so lets just keep our fingers crossed and pray for the best.

Same thing as yesterday. I was told by their staff we will be informed before the end of yesterday. I complained that my MSc transcript will be ready by Monday and asked if it was required for the interview. But I was told that all required documents will hinted to us through the update. So it seems they are having logistic problems at the moment. A postponement of the interview is imminent.

I called one of the Flexisaf staff this afternoon. He said all successful applicants will get specifics about the next stage this evening. So let's keep our fingers crossed

There is place for Master's degree and another for 2nd degree. Use one for your Master's and the other for your Thesis.

Please house I need urgent help. I'm applying for PhD but I'm not seeing any section that asks to upload my MSc Thesis or project on the application page... Is that normal, or am I missing something.
