Our country Alantia situates along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in West Africa. Our means of livelihood and our land fertility come from Atlantic. So because of all the abundance of the Natural Blessings that we receive from God through this Great Water, we decided to take our Name ALANTIA from the name Atlantic meaning ATLANTIC AREA.

ALANTIA is made up of all the Lands and People of former South-South Nigeria which are: Akwa Ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, and Rivers. With our Eternal Head Quarters at UYO, now the head quarters of Akwa Ibom State. The people from this country are called ALANTIANS.

NIGER DELTA: We love you we support you, but forget about the name NIGER DELTA because that name had been polluted by the former President Obasanjo by adding other lands that do not belong to us. Let us go with ALANTIA.

OUR WAY OUT OF CALAMITY IN NIGERIA
Lovers of the truth, Lovers of freedom, Freedom friends,
Defenders of the truth, upholders of the truth. Gentlemen
and Ladies of the press all over the world reason out with us
and give us your support.

ALANTIA MOVEMENT is an organization found to tell you
the founded truth about the formation of the area now called
Nigeria.
Before the coming of the British into this area, with a more
powerful force, the area was partitioned into States and ruled
by their Statemen. When the British came in, those groups
of states were forced and renamed protectorates.
A protectorate is a country administered. But not owned by a
more powerful country. The first protectorate administered
by Britain was the South-South Nigeria. Then called the Oil
Rivers Protectorate.

The British spread their occupation to hinterland and re-
named the states there and called them protectorates. At the
end, protectorates were formed in the South, West, North and
East. The British LUMPED all the protectorates together and
formed what later became known as Nigeria today, without a
Referendum.


At the end of the British Rule in 1960, they handed over the
mantle of power to Nigerians. For the past 107 years, we
have practiced the LUMPING and found out IN PRACTICE
that it does not work for our people. Because the lumping
does not work for our people, we the entire South-South
people hereby call for A REFERENDUM.
We want a Referendum; we want a poll to ascertain the will of
the people in the South-South Nation. WE WANT A ONE
MAN, ONE VOTE, YES OR NO. Let one vote speak for a
person and let a person speak by his one vote, whether to
continue in the LUMPING or not. This is a true Democracy.
A Referendum is a democratic process and a Human Right. It
is not forcing people together in an unworthy and disastrous
union and shouting Unity where there is nothing like unity.
Western Cameroon was a part of Nigeria: they went out
through a "ONE MAN, ONE VOTE". It was a REFERENDUM
that settled the then political dispute between the
protectorate of Western Cameroon and Nigeria. Now let A
Referendum answer this POLITICAL QUESTION after 107
years of unworthy Union. Will you continue or Not? Answer
by your votes".
Our Human Rights and Self Determination were taken away
by force. In this time of democracy, self determination and
Human Rights are democratic process: this is why we want it
by a Referendum from ONE MAN ONE VOTE.
The authority that lumped us to other Nations that we do not
belong went home and thought about what they did, and
found out that it was WRONG. They sorrowfully made a bold
statement, WE REGRET OUR ACTIONS, THE LUMPING
WAS WRONG, WE ARE SORRY" We the people of the
South-South agree that they were wrong. But we have
suffered the pains of the wrong done, for the past 107- years.
Now that we cannot endure the pains anymore, it turned out
that the only Rational way to face the tragedies and
catastrophic from the wrongs of the lumping and get out of
the pains, is by A REFERENDUM, A ONE MAN ONE VOTE.


Nigeria has been described by Nigerians and the international
community as not a Nation but a mere geographical
expression. This is as a result of the fact that what is now
called Nigeria was formerly a conglomeration of many states
each occupying a geographical area with different historical
backgrounds, cultures, Religions and different money in
circulations. It is an incontrovertible fact of history that
Nigeria is of British making by lumping different Countries
together in January 1, 1914 without A REFERENDUM.

THE WRONGS OF THE LUMPING (The Unworthy and
disastrous Union)
1. The authority that lumped the protectorates together did
not seek the consent of the people concern, through A
Referendum.
2. There was no Referendum in the area. As it was done in
Western Cameroon which was a part of Nigeria.
3. The people were forced against their will.
4. They did not follow the rule of Law.
5. They did not follow due process.
6. The Lumping was against our Freedom, and our Rights
and our Choice of where to belong.
7. It was a violation of our Human Rights, and our Right of
Nationhood.

The South-South Nation where Britain first had their major
influence was named, "OIL RIVERS PROTECTORATE" and
later changed to NIGER COAST PROTECTORATE and it was
the first country colonized by Britain among the other
Nations found in the Niger Area. This Nation laid the
foundation for British Colonialism in this part of West Africa.
After Lagos was joined to the West, the West become the
second Nation Colonized by British in the area. The North
was also Colonized as the last.
On January 1, 1914, Sir Lord Fredrick Lugard amalgamated
all the Protectorates and call it the Protectorates of Nigeria
and became the First Governor General without a
Referendum .

For the one man, one vote to be free and fair, we call on the United State of AMERICA, U. S. A., ISRAEL, CANADA, GERMANY, RUSSIA and BRAZIL to come in, conduct and supervise the one man, one vote. With all respect and honor to the Nigerian authority we beg of you to allow these nations to come in for this exercise. The International Treaty States that agreement that has no expiring dates expires after 100 years. We are in a community of unfriendly friends. We are free to go.
The people are there, politics are there, you should not play politics at the expense of our people. You did this for the 107 years and set side the truth and pretend to forget the truth. Because of this pretence, our people hungered, suffering overtake our people, sorrow is seen on the majority on the faces, some died, and some murdered, those remaining are expose to hardship and hunger in the mist of plenty as a result of the forced union that we do not agree. Let the South-South people who have been in system and made money come together and support our new Nation ALANTIC with her OPERATION JUST CAUSE.
The 21st century is modern, sophisticated and progressive, with accumulated knowledge and experience. In this modern and progressive 21st century, we can no longer remain in an unprogressive and forced Union. It is a barrier to the way of our progress and development. And a tragedy and catastrophe to our people. For the past 107 years it has been force and rule, force and take nothing like free and fair. We want to decide by a REFERENDUM: ONE MAN, ONE VOTE, NOT BY GUNS AND BOMBS. Let the world know our stand, and support our OPERATION JUST CAUSE.
