3. Charter a private air-conditioned vehicle: Yes you have to charter and board a private air-conditioned vehicle because if you board a public one then your fellow passengers will come online and discredit your claim that you trekked with words like "haba, people can lie o. No b dis one wey buy Gala n La casera for inside bus." and you won't want that to happen. So you charter a private air-conditioned vehicle so that you can wind up the glasses and not suffocate. Also so that Nigerians that like popping their heads out of car windows just to look at passengers in other vehicles won't see and recognize you later on when you become famous. IF YOU WANT THE FULL EBOOK THEN ORDER FOR IT NOW. Gracias! |
Since Trekking is now a hot trend. And people who trek become famous and win dinner or lunch dates with presidents and governors or even get political appointments. Therefore, I'm selling an Ebook titled 'How To Trek Long Distances in a Short Time and Get a Handshake from the President/Governor'. PS: Limited copies available, Order Now to avoid last minute hurries. 1. Hire a Blogger: Yes you need a blogger who will post 'trekking pictures' of you sweating profusing as the supposed result of trekking a long distance under the hot sun even if you boarded an air-conditioned vehicle to your destination. 2. Buy a smartphone with high camera quality or better still a digital camera: You don't want us straining our eyes just to see you sweat. You know Nigerians are doubting thomases, they'll use words like 'show pics or I no go believe' when you don't post clear pictures. So take a clear photo from an expensive smartphone. If you can't afford a smartphone then borrow money and buy one afterall you'll have alot of money to pay back once you've shaked the president. |
this is the result so far.

I have never seen me fighting for ladies in this way, but an article I was writing motivated this title and I had to give it heart and time to see that the world reads this truth no one has ever bothered to tell. My apologies to the legend himself, Tuface Idibia for being on the title, but you are just the opposite of a perfect example for what the entire article will revolve around, because if a lady had been wielding your name with every achievements you have, I believe she would still be single and probably searching for a worthy candidate to warm her bed with the title of about seventh husband. I once thought ladies in entertainment industry were unserious until I analyzed certain conditions they are usually faced with. A female entertainer should need about thrice the courage her male counterpart would summon before taking a step into the industry, because of the usual societal attachments to being a female entertainer. One sweet dream of every African woman is to get married in a home that will stand the taste of time; have beautiful kids that will make her proud whenever she stands with other women. A friend of mine once argued that evens nuns often dream of this. To make his case stronger, he said that the wedding day of a woman, is often one of the days she will never forget in her entire life. No matter how old they are, they can tell the story of how their husband proposed as well as how every arrangement was made until it ended at the wedding day. No wonder when you fail to attend the wedding of a lady, you become her enemy forever or many years. The society believes that female entertainers live wayward lives and I believe this comparism has been drawn from their male counterparts who are often celebrated for their waywardness. A blog post read ‘Wizkid grabs the breast of a female fan’, ‘Timaya and girlfriend expecting baby boy’ or ‘Paul of Psquare proposes to girlfriend’ we read them and see that in most cases, the number of negative comments we see are very few, unlike when the camera picked Tiwa Savage from under, Nigerians nailed her. Who nailed PSquare when one of them poured juice into his trouser while on stage, we tagged it sexy act. Funny country in a funny continent. It will be very unfair to put the ratio of male artistes to their female counterparts to about 10:1, because the margin is bigger than that and daily we watch it increase because the ladies have not received the respect they ought to get from us. The few that summoned the courage to remain in the industry have either looked for controversies to attract reasonable attention from the media. Tonto Dike, Cossy Orjiakor and gospel singer turned ‘sexy mama’, Maheeda have all been noticed because of what they have done the other way round, while the likes of Ini Edo are noticed because they attend events with a bag worth millions of naira. None of these can inspire a kid to greatness. For a humble family watching this industry carefully, would they let their daughter join the industry just like that? Would they be prepared to see their daughter cover the pages of magazines for a scandal that was actually cooked up for media attention? Entertainers are known to spend most of their nights in hotel rooms after performances or appearances in events and what do we call ladies who live that kind of life in an average African setting. Waywards!! Ladies have received many unfair titles with the worst being the regular tagging of ‘single mother’ to their names. The knowledge that one’s brother wants to marry a single mother causes commotion in a family, but when a rich ‘single father’ (if that title has ever been used) comes around, no question is asked, he is tagged one ‘active’ young man. Who would have married Tuface if he had been a lady with six kids out of wedlock? He would have been tagged ‘baby factory’, yet governors stormed his wedding with gifts, something that has never been done for the ladies. We still have our Genevieve Nnaji, Omawumi and Sasha as well as other we have previously tagged single mothers waxing strong in the industry, but will the societal stigmatization let them experience the greatest joy womanhood? The press is always there to remind any new guy that comes around that they are single mothers. Who has told Wizkid that grabbing the breast of a female fan is show of shame? Did anyone tell Paul of PSquare that posting beautiful pictures of him and his baby mama’s engagement or proposal acceptance is not news because if she doesn’t say yes to a rich guy whom she already has a child for, would she be saying yes to me? The males rule the world and one of them is also writing this article, we always cover ourselves, but what is the future of a young girl who has the talent and passion to join one genre of the industry or another. Would she ever find the spot that will multiply her courage by 3? Can she get about double that courage to remain in an industry where men would still want to take advantage of her and tag a LovePeddler if she eventually yields to their tricks? Many have been rubbished and other have looked for another talent in them to make it in life, leaving in some cases, a bunch of fame seeking talentless people on the scene. They need a fair ground because if the likes of Tuface, Timaya, RMD, Segun Arinze and other single fathers at one point or another were ladies, they would still be in the same agony and probably single till date. Inspire a female entertainer today; don’t just take advantage of her. The lights of certain stars are fading because we have polished an unfair ground for them to trade. To the ladies, it is about self belief and trust in God. You can only be you and nothing more. |

yinkus4u2c:Treatment depends on the results of your infertility evaluation. Some causes of infertility have a specific treatment. For example, surgery may be done to remove a fibroid tumor. INFERTILITY CAN BE TREATED WITH FERTILITY DRUGS. Infertility may be associated with infrequent or absent ovulation. This often can be treated with hormone medications. These are called fertility drugs. NOTE: All fertility medications have potential side effects. And they can cause multiple babies in one pregnancy. Most fertility treatments require the supervision of a fertility specialist. Examples of fertility medicines include: *. Clomiphene (Clomid, others). This medicine stimulates the ovary to release one or more eggs. It works by adjusting levels of your natural hormones. *. Luteinizing hormone (LH) and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). These injected hormone medications encourage the ovaries to release more than one egg at a time. These medicines are sometimes given after treatment with another hormone medicine, a GnRH analogue. A GnRH analogue prepares the body for a precisely timed cycle of ovulation. |
CAN FEMALE INFERTILITY BE PREVENTED? Yes! it can be prevented and some of the prevention tips includes: Exercise moderately. Do not exercise so heavily that your menstrual periods are infrequent or absent. We see that most ladies or women trying to lose or gain weight go extremes with their weight loss exercise scheme, not knowing that this can have adverse effect on them. Avoid extremes of weight. An optimum body mass index (BMI) is at least 20 and below 27. Avoid alcohol, smoking and drugs. Avoid too much caffeine. Do not drink more than one cup of coffee per day. Review your medicines with your doctor. Some medications can affect your ability to conceive or carry a normal pregnancy. A "fertility diet". The following nutritional advice seems to be associated with improved fertility: Avoiding trans fats (check the Nutrition Facts labels on foods). Eating more beans, nuts and other fertility-boosting plant protein. Eating more whole grains. Avoiding sugary sodas. Having a glass of whole milk and other full- fat dairy food every day (even including an occasional small bowl of ice cream). NOTE: Some treatments for cancer can cause infertility. Certain techniques allow a woman planning to undergo chemotherapy or radiation to later have a baby from her own egg. Discuss these with your doctor before beginning cancer treatment... ANY QUESTIONS? |
More coming. If you have any Questions feel free to ask. |
Now we move over to diagnosis. how to DIAGNOSE if A FEMALE has an Infertility problem. DIAGNOSIS: The first step in diagnosing female infertility is determining whether ovulation is occurring at predictable intervals. When an egg is released, it causes a shift in the body's sex hormones. This shift in sex hormones can be detected with these tests: *. Early-morning core body temperature. You use a precise (basal body) thermometer to take your temperature first thing every morning. You will detect a slightly higher temperature after ovulation. Ovulation predictor test. This is an over-the-counter urine test. It can predict egg release. A positive test means you have ovulated recently or are about to ovulate. *. Vaginal mucus. You may be able to recognize changes in the appearance and consistency of your vaginal mucus. These changes signal hormone shifts that show ovulation has occurred. Your doctor will examine your vagina and pelvic organs. A sample of mucus from your cervix and vagina may be tested for possible infection. If necessary, blood tests may be used to: *. Confirm normal ovulation Show whether the ovaries are functioning well enough to release eggs. *. Measure the function of your thyroid, pituitary and adrenal glands. Other tests may also help to determine the cause of infertility. These examine the physical structure of pelvic organs. Hysterosalpingogram: This is an X- ray study in which a liquid dye is injected into your uterus. It reveals problems such as polyps and fibroid tumors in the uterus. It can also reveal partial or complete blockage of the fallopian tubes. Ultrasound: An ultrasound reveals the shape and size of the uterus. It gives some information about the uterine cavity or inner lining. An ultrasound can identify the shape and size of the ovaries and the presence of developing cysts. Hysteroscopyand laparoscopy. These are surgical procedures performed by a gynecologist. Both procedures use a small video camera to view the pelvic organs. During a hysteroscopy, your doctor can see the inside of your uterus. He or she can obtain biopsies. In some cases, the doctor can remove polyps, fibroids or scar tissue. Laparoscopy allows your doctor to view the outside of your uterus and inspect your ovaries. Sometimes, it is possible to remove ovarian cysts or scar tissue during a laparoscopy. |
What Is It? Most couples who have unprotected sex at least twice per week are able to become pregnant within one year. If pregnancy does not occur after one year, the man and woman are diagnosed as having an infertility problem. Infertility can stem from the man, the woman or both partners. In some couples, no cause of infertility can be found. In other couples, more than one cause exists. Normal aging reduces a woman's ability to become pregnant. Ovulation is the process of forming and releasing an egg. With age, ovulation becomes slower and less effective. Aging begins to reduce fertility as early as age 30. Pregnancy rates are very low after age 44. This is true even when fertility medications are used. SYMPTOMS The primary symptom of infertility is difficulty getting pregnant. Various causes of infertility may result in additional symptoms. Any of the following problems may cause infertility: *. Infrequent ovulation. When your periods occur more than a month, or sometimes are absent, you have infrequent ovulation. Common causes of infrequent ovulation include: *Body stresses such as: Eating disorders, unusually ambitious exercise training, Rapid weight loss, Low body weight, obesity. Some hormonal abnormalities such as: Thyroid problems, pituitary-gland problems, adrenal-gland problems, polycystic ovary syndrome, Hormonal abnormalities can delay or prevent the ovaries from releasing an egg. Symptoms that suggest a hormone abnormality include: Unexpected weight loss or gain, fatigue, excessive hair growth or hair loss, Acne, Ovarian cysts. Cysts in the ovary can cause pelvic pain. They also can interfere with the normal process of ovulation. Scarring in the fallopian tubes. This can prevent pregnancy by stopping the egg from traveling into the uterus. Damage can result from: A previous surgery, a previous ectopic (tubal) pregnancy, Endometriosis, Pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). PID is a bacterial infection in the pelvis. It often scars, damages or blocks the fallopian tubes. Abnormalities in the shape or lining of the uterus. Fibroid tumors or uterine polyps sometimes result in: Heavy menstrual bleeding Pelvic pain Enlargement of the uterus Scar tissue can develop within the uterus as a complication of: Uterine infections Miscarriages Abortions Surgical procedures such as a dilation and curettage (D&C) Such scar tissue can lead to infrequent periods or minimal menstrual flow. |
The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has disclosed that over 14,000 Permanent Voter Cards (PVCs) have been snatched by hoodlums from its officials during the collection exercise in Rivers State. The state Resident Electoral Commissioner (REC), Mrs Gesila Khan, disclosed this while speaking with newsmen in Port Harcourt, on Friday. According to Khan, some of the cards were stolen from collection centres in some local government areas, where the PVCs were deposited to enable the owners have easy access to them. While it would mean that the owners would be disenfranchised, Khan expressed no panic, as she noted that the stolen cards would be useless. The card reader system would be used to authenticate and verify the real owner of the PVCs before they are allowed to vote. Khan also disclosed that her office received 2,990,056 PVCs, out of which 1,869,379 had been distributed to eligible voters in the state. She assured that more than 50,000 additional PVCs would be distributed two weeks before the general election, adding that over 80 percent of the registered voters in the state had so far collected their cards. Khan also assured that the February elections would be peaceful because of the existing cooperation among INEC officials, police and other security agencies in the state. |

THE Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), has begun another round of distribution of Permanent Voter Cards (PVC) and registration of persons who have attained the constitutional electoral age of 18 and above in the 27 local councils in Imo State. According to a statement signed by the Imo State governor’s Senior Special Assistant (Media), Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo, and made available to journalists on Monday, the state governor, Chief Rochas Okorocha, said it was due to the persistent plea by him to the INEC authorities not to disenfranchise Imo people, urging all those who either did not collect their PVCs or register to do so in their various local council headquarters and collect their PVCs at the electoral wards. In a related development, Okorocha has urged all the governorship candidates who emerged in their parties not to hit up the polity by either dishing out liars that they would provide another type of free education to people in the state, or sponsor their loyalists to block roads, making it difficult to allow people move freely. In a statement by his SSA, Media, Mr. Sam Onwuemeodo, Okorocha, reminded them that he sacrificed his N4 billion security votes to achieve the programme at all levels of education. He urged the politicians in the state to emulate the existing peaceful atmosphere created by the All Progressives Congress (APC), led government. |
