just google it. For example, if you want to make a ' list of best love songs' then you just google the words and you'll find it because there is a possibility that some one might have asked the question before.

HERE are the steps==>

step 1: switch off the system.


step 2: Now switch on the system.


step 3: before it completes booting, keep striking the
F8 and F9 keys until it displays a dark screen as if you are formatting the
system. Don't worry, wait until it displays another screen asking you
different ways to start the system.


Step 4: select the safe mode.


step 5: log in through the
administrator.


step 6: on the safe mode
create another user account without password.


Step 7: switch off the system and switch it on again.


step 8: log in through the user account you just created.


step 9: run a system recovery to recover the
folders in the user account that is being restricted and then you are good to go.
