Point well stated. Personally, I don't switch off my phone, I just put it on airplane mode but the main thing is that you have to put the phone away. Even if you put the phone on airplane mode and you're still handling your phone the cabin crew will be prompted to ask you to put off the phone.

I use to trade. If you are good at it and not greedy you can be rich in a long run. For example, someone starts with $100 and his strategy is very good. He can stick to $5 daily and he is disciplined to always stop trading after getting 5 dollar. After a while the capital increases and so he increases his risk accordingly, maybe taking $20 profit daily. If that person is very consistent do you know how much he'll make after 4 years?
