@Prophecy, Thank you very much. Your advise is highly appreciated. So that means that if I have up to 5 products in my portfolio, it will advisable to register them seperatly in trademark, or does the trademark include me registering my company name ( eg: silicon pharmaceuticals etc)?

secondly, am not based in Nigeria, do you reckon pharmaceutical importation are lucrative in Nigerian market?

@Prophercy so are u saying that when u register a trademark, no one can import that product? it sonst make sense though to register a trademark in Nigeria. for example, I import medicines from canada to Nigeria . I have a contract with manufacturers and they cant let any other person import same medicine to Nigeria. so in this case what is the essence of having a trademark?
