It was all meetings today, first with the surveyors, then the lawyers and then the families that own this land. We are progressing smoothly towards payment of the first advance and signing the first contact documents.

I am going to pay the surveyor tomorrow morning, then use the survey beacon numbers when generated to draft the land lease agreement with the families before we plan the payment. We discussed the conditions of payment and I collected the names of all adult males in the family. I want all of them to be signatories in this agreement. I am playing this by the manual and will be looking out to tie every knot as required by law.

Plot numbers 22 and 23 has been paid for. With the new development, these are the numbers of plots sold, reserved and free for purchase. Keep the payments coming, we are getting there, the plots are selling out soon.

Plots 2,3,4,6,16,17,22,23,30,32,33,40,42,43,44,46,46,48,53,54 and 55 has been paid for.
Plots 31,49,50,51 and 52 are now reserved for payment next week.
Plots 1,5,7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15,24,25,26,27,28,29,34,35,36,37,38,39,41 and 47 are still free for purchase.

I think you reserved 27 and 29 for me as we talked over the phone
