My lil cousin(female) 4yrs of age once wanted to practise a French kiss on me, well she didn't get d idea that it wasn't just about letting ur lips touch while constantly changing the angle of ur head, but it was definitely a French kiss in practise. When i asked where she learned it she pointed to the tv  ...i gave 2wks tv ban and a lot of lectures *sigh*is this on front page? |

Genealogy...... When i joined NL Idowuogbo used to be the most annoying poster until i understood her person a lot better and let myself see the real her beneath all the razz. Now i just love her, but she's still annoying in a good way once in a red sun. Then DailyNews took over, till i decided to stop reading his posts. Sexkillz came up afterwards. Now when he isn't annoyingly rude, he just makes me laugh with his witty comments. Then Mynd44 with his short responses, constant 'hmmm', prickly nature and rudeness. I'm used to him now and he ain't really that annoying anymore. 190 and all his attention seeking posts, Naija girls talk and those bloody annoying emoticons. He still annoys me now sha but I've chosen to ignore some stuffs. Lalaosky and always explaining himself, or whining about something . Wanna see d dude spitting mad someday.And all those people always talking about s.ex like they eat it everyday even when they never see woman to fukc since d last eclipse! 1 Like |

OP i still don't see what the problem is here other than you have refused to be open minded about prayer; you like praying in silence and therefore believe it's rude to pray out loud. If you have a problem praying out loud then wake up earlier than they do and say your personal prayers, afterwards join the family. You could try bringing up the question of her prayer points and mountain of fire like prayers with her just to see her views without being rude. |

omotola1: What they see on TV might not influence them as much as what they see their parents do.they learn from both parents and society. I never saw my parents kiss in my presence, i saw it on tv and was eager enough to practise it...you can't rule out the media. I think it depends to a large extent on their sense of morality; 'Kissing is good but not until you're older' 'you shouldn't take beer till u are 18+' etc. If you don't teach them right then i suppose letting them watch action flicks, American thrillers and buying them toy guns should turn them to serial killers. 1 Like |
